If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, HORRIBLE. They are so rude to their customers and raise there voice as if we have known each other. Avoid this business if you can, there is many more services in the valley that are good and care for their customers.

I accidentally dropped a lid down my bathroom sink which caused it to become clogged. I called and they were prompt and had someone out within two hours (that's why I gave more than one star). The plumber looked down the drain and was able to see the lid. Seemed like it would be a quick fix. He dried to snake it out but couldn't get it out. He was going to have to go under the sink to get it out. Apparently there was plumber putty on the pipes which would make putting it back on not possible. He quoted me $450 dollars to fix it! Yikes. I couldn't commit to spending that much because of a stupid lid.. so I decided to wait on the fix. I still had to pay $89.99 just to have him come out to look at it. The next dad my dad came over to look at it and had it out within minutes without having to remove any pipes! I am super annoyed that I had to pay almost $100 dollars for nothing. Seems like a plumber should have been able to figure out the simple fix rather than my dad who works on computers for a living. Very disappointed with my service and feel ripped off.

Michael's Valley Plumbing is an excellent Plumbing company, Totto toilets are tough to install but these guys are so good and professional. I am having them come back to install my bathroom vanity, sink and all faucets.

Before I dive into the satisfaction of having my homes plumbing issues resolved, let me point out the CUSTOMER SERVICE that was portrayed by the manager Eddie. A man true to his word quoting me a specific rate even when new plumbing issues around the house arose. If you want someone that displays true customer service and work ethic, hire them!!

Wow this place is awesome! They gave me a rate came the next day fixed the issue in my kitchen. They found a couple other things that were messed up but the Plumbers fixed everything and stayed at the rate he told me! I have had many plumbers in my life time and Michael's company helped me so much! I Recommend this company to anyone needing PLUMBING SERVICES!

My kitchen sink had been clogged for some several weeks and I tried everything possible to unclog it (plunger, used plumbing snake, Drano....nothing worked). I contacted a few companies to fix my plumbing problem but they were either too busy to do it soon or I just couldn't reach them. I called Michael's Valley Plumbing and Eduardo answered the phone very quickly. I told him my situation and he sent a plumber to my home immediately!

Jamie was the plumber who came to work on it. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. My sink is not clogged anymore! I'm really grateful for their service, this sink was really giving me a headache. I will certainly call them again if I have plumbing issues. Give them a try! They will solve your plumbing problems!
