Michael is very responsive, we had a leaking in two pipes of our boiler, Michael came in and measured the sizes. He is very professional and patient. He got the right parts quickly. He replaced the old pipes and clean the insides. His work is professional and efficient, we have no leaks anymore!!!

Hired Michael to replace a bathroom vanity and faucet. There was a problem with the limited and conflicting space and Michael went extra miles to come up with a solution which requires him to do more work. He had the patience and did more than the minimum needed to make it work. Every step was handled carefully and cautiously to ensure there is no leak down the road. He ended up working passed mid-night and he remained very kind and professional in handling each small detail and provide additional advice on future self-maintenance that I can do to keep things lasting longer. He's replaced my water heater tank, stopped the toilet water from running, fixed leaks from a shower drain and recently fixed a leak coming from inside the shower pipe and another leak.

My shower handle just fell off this morning (needed a new faucet cartridge). We couldn't shut off our shower so we had to shut off the water to our entire house! Mike was able to make it out to us the same day, went to several different stores to search for the part he needed (our shower is ancient), fixed the issue, and unclogged our pipes. He showed up when he said he would (about an hour after we called!) and our final price was very reasonable.

Michael provides a great service. He is quick to respond, knowledgeable and presents your options. My toilet was leaking and Michael quickly identified it was the tank. Before anything else, he suggested we call to check if there was a warranty, which led to me obtaining a free tank and saving a few hundred $$$.

What an incredible find on Yelp! We returned home after a year away to find out that there had been a burst pipe over the winter. We had no running water and needed immediate help. Michael picked up the phone right away (I actually think I called him on his birthday - and he still picked up!) and was able to come by the very next day. Incredible professionalism, incredible handy work - within a few hours, he fixed the whole problem and had our plumbing up and running! I am so grateful to have found Michael - he will for sure be our go-to plumber from now on. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
