Had water back up from the shower, and nothing I tried worked. I reached out to multiple places at a really odd time, and Michael was the only one who answered the phone on the first ring. He offered to show up right there and then, which was surprising because when other places called back, they were telling me the next available appointment is a few days.

Michael was very professional, friendly, and above all else thoroughly with his work. He was able to show me the source of my problems and resolve it in a timely manner. As I was talking to him about my other plumbing issues, he was willing to take a quick look and offer his professional advice regarding them. I would highly recommend his services and pricing be very reasonable. A man like this is hard to come by. I will most certainly call him back for other plumbing problems or projects.

Not a license plumber. Does trial & error fixes. Watch what he does to make sure its correctly done. If he doesnt do it right, he will charge alot of money to correct his mistake. Tries to charge you for supplies and use your home for tools and supplies.

Hired Michael to replace a bathroom vanity and faucet. There was a problem with the limited and conflicting space and Michael went extra miles to come up with a solution which requires him to do more work. He had the patience and did more than the minimum needed to make it work. Every step was handled carefully and cautiously to ensure there is no leak down the road. He ended up working passed mid-night and he remained very kind and professional in handling each small detail and provide additional advice on future self-maintenance that I can do to keep things lasting longer. My shower handle just fell off this morning (needed a new faucet cartridge). We couldn't shut off our shower so we had to shut off the water to our entire house! Mike was able to make it out to us the same day, went to several different stores to search for the part he needed (our shower is ancient), fixed the issue, and unclogged our pipes. He showed up when he said he would (about an hour after we called!) and our final price was very reasonable.

Michael provides a great service. He is quick to respond, knowledgeable and presents your options. My toilet was leaking and Michael quickly identified it was the tank.
