Every time I've contacted Michael's, they have given me impeccable service. John, Christopher, Michael are fabulous plumbers and the repipe we had done exceeded our expectations. Even Mr.Reynolds, the owner, came to place a permit on our house. What a great business!!

Professional, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This is the BEST company you could ever hire for your plumbing needs. Good quality, good value, Professional, Response, On time, Friendly, Courtesy. I called so many companies back in January late evening on a weekend as I needed emergency service. This company is the only one that called me back and responded within the hour. This past week I ran into another plumbing issue called them and again they responded quickly and the issue was resolved. I give this company over and above 5stars. This company is the best and I HIGHLY recommend them. They will always be my go to company. So glad I found them.

We have used Michaels Plumbing for years. Two years ago, we hired them to run a new drainage pipe. They charged 9k because they had to run the pipe around the long side of the house. This was one of our rentals. Later we found out we paid for the long run, but they ran it the shot way, which should have been 2 k less. Today we had an emergency and called them. They wanted $600 to repair a pinhole in a sprinkler pipe. Two other companies quoted $200. They also wanted $400 to replace a faucet. I pre-bought the faucet. I had two other plumbers (not handy men) quote $150. So in an emergency, be prepared to overpay if you use this company. Also, check their work to make sure they do what they quote.

Buyer Beware! One of my neighbors recommended this company so I did not think anything to call. I had a technician come out on a Sunday and thought it odd that there was no mention of this being an after hour call, which had I know I would have schedule for Monday. The technician quoted $700 for a leaky valve which my neighbor fixed for $20. In addition, the technician tells me while he is here that the fee of $128 is due for an after hour service call. So many things went wrong with this situation. I begrudgingly paid the fee as I had no choice and asked the technician to leave. Sad way to learn why not to use this business. I called the company to share this information and was told that a manager would call me back. I have not had a call back. Update: Received a call back by Mike who pretty much told me it's the cost of doing business in plumbing which is why his guy quoted me $700 for a job my neighbor took care of for $20. I told him kindly that I was fine to pay a reasonable cost (i.e. $300) for the same job but he advised in today's economy he can not. Be ready to be jammed in the ass if you call this place. Additionally, he just offered a verbal apology that no one on his team shared that this is considered after hours. I even told them when I called it was not an emergency.

Did a repair that didn't even last 2 months. Charged 300.00 for 4.00 part and 30 mins of work. Avoid using them.

Not only did Michaels come out right away, but they replaced our kitchen drain pipe through out cinder block wall next day. Problem solved in less than 48 hours. Michael's Plumbing for the win! Also, Ariel is the BEST!

A tech from Micheal Plumbing knocked on my back door and asked me if there was """"brown water"""" on my ceiling from the condo above me. I checked and when I asked him why he suspected brown water he was very nasty and said he was just asking me a question. I tried to explain to him I had just gotten a bathroom back after 5 months and the ceiling was new. He expressed no sympathy and walked away. The man was rude for no reason. He knocked on MY door.

We had a major plumbing issue that required a complete repipe of our house. Through a recommendation from another company we had Michael's Plumbing come out and give us a quote. The salesperson was nice and respectful and assured us that when the job was done that we would barely notice. Sadly, when we got the repipe done a month later it was anything but unnoticeable. The plumbers that did the work failed to discuss the space issues in our bathroom wall prior to proceeding. Now we are left with two bathroom fixtures jutting out of the wall. Not to mention, the shower fixture was put back on crooked, damaged and without the clear caulking that we had before. When I expressed my concerns to the main office they sent a plumber out to """"revive""""our fixtures. That Friday the plumbers came and looked at our fixtures and told me there isn't anything they could do. I asked about the clear caulking and they said they don't have it. Really? Clear caulking is highly available at any home improvement store in the area. When I asked about the crooked fixture the plumber started to suggest that I get the clear caulk and redo the fixture myself. He went on to explain that there wasn't enough space in the wall for the fixtures either, which I get, but it was something that was discussed after the fact and only when I questioned it. At this point we discussed talking to a supervisor, which I agreed to. Again, sadly this never materialized. After I followed up with the main office twice over two weeks I have not heard anything back about a resolution and it's been over a month since the job was """"completed."""" To wrap it up, I cannot confidently recommend Michael's Plumbing to anyone else. The sub par job and the lack of follow up after the fact is very off putting. As a dissatisfied customer I recommend seeking another plumber should you find yourself needing one.

I love Michael's Plumbing. Everything is 5 Stars! You cannot get any better!!! Michael is the kindest man I have ever met. He fixed 2 clogs in a matter of an hour. He cares about his customer....
