I called Michael's to install two bathroom sink faucets. They were extremely pleasant on the phone and the plumber arrived promptly. That is where the good news stops. The plumber quoted me a price of $247 Plus tax -- FOR EACH FAUCET! Frankly I am pretty handy but a bad knee prevents me from bending easily but I knew both of these faucets could be installed in less than an hour. There is no way this job should have costed over $500. I offered my neighbor $100 he had both of them installed in 38 minutes and then argued that $100 was """"too much"""". Will never call them again

I had a sewer drain clog so I called this company and scheduled an appointment for 3 pm. Around 4 pm the plumber hasn't arrived so I called to check on the status and was told that the plumber will be on the way soon. Around 5 pm the plumber still didn't come so I ended up cancelling the appointment.

The rudest Irish man named Mike came to my house for a leak in bathroom. I regret calling them my neighbor had them service their house and had to come back three times to do the job right. With so many other companies o dont see how they feel their unprofessionalism is ok their Google review were bad and I wish I saw this before using who my neighbor did.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of Jim with how fast and knowledgeable he was. I was unable to be there when the problem with my plumbing occurred,however my brother was on site and had nothing but great things to say about Jim. I would highly recommend this company and Jim to anyone.great job!

I had a blockage causing water to overflow in the bathroom on a Sunday (of course) morning. I called Michael's because they had done a good job fixing a leak in my Father-in-law's house a few years ago. After calling the emergency number, Mike Jr. called back and came out in no time. He fixed the problem with his machine and honored a discount from the website. It was well worth the price for the peace of mind to have everything working correctly. He was professional and followed Covid-19 protocols. The invoice and documentation of the work were electronic. I was still able to make my tee time!

Hired Michaels Plumbing to install a new valve behind my fridge. After a few hours and leaving the house I return home to find my house flooded and water spewing out from behind the refrigerator. There was about 1-2"""" of standing water in my kitchen, living room, and bedroom. I called Michael's Plumbing who came out in about half hour. On the way here the technician stated that they would be sending a company to clean out the water. Upon arriving the technician began working on the refrigerator and stated that the leak was not caused by them and that it was a coincidental appliance malfunction. They were not willing to help clean out my house despite being promised that they would. Thousands of dollars in damages were done to my home due to this misinformation. The technician did not properly re-connect my fridge after installing the new line, yet they are stating my refrigerator suddenly decided to start leaking just hours after the technician was working on it. I was promised that I would be contacted by the owner of the company but was never contacted. The technician that came out to my property was not even interested in seeing the extent of the water damage caused, and not once showed any remorse or empathy as he stood in 1"""" of water in my home telling us that they are not going to help.

A tech from Micheal Plumbing knocked on my back door and asked me if there was """"brown water"""" on my ceiling from the condo above me. I checked and when I asked him why he suspected brown water he was very nasty and said he was just asking me a question. I tried to explain to him I had just gotten a bathroom back after 5 months and the ceiling was new. He expressed no sympathy and walked away. The man was rude for no reason. He knocked on MY door.

I would definitely not recommend this company to anybody. I made an appointment and the plumber didn't come . When I called back they had several people ahead of me . They were not helpful.

My parents called them to fix my sister's condo garbage disposal. The first guy came in and said, """"we only need a plastic snake to fix the issue."""" But he did not bring the plastic snake drain. So we called another person. But then this guy came in and said we need to pay $315. Since installing a new disposal costs about $200, we refused the service. Then this guy tried to charge us $35. However, it was the first guy's fault that he did not bring the snake drain so we refused. And this guy started using threatening words and curse words and told my parents that we are in the black list and the business will boycott my family. This guy is not concerned about our review because he claims that his business has good reviews so my family's review won't affect them. Then this guy did not leave our property and was acting as if he was reporting my parents. My parents feel very threatened by this incident. Please beware, this business not only overcharges their customers but also threatens and bullies them.
