Michael accidentally hit a wire cutting off the air conditioning to the home for 7 hours. It got to 97F in the house. Not a problem, things happen. They sent an AC company out who fixed it. The problem comes with them deciding to drill a hole in the side of my vanity without asking. They could have run the flexible pipes along the same path as the old pipes. They could have maybe even drilled lower on the cabinet. They decided to drill hole 7"""" off the floor and 3"""" from the wall. So now there are ugly pipes going into the side of my white vanity. This prevented me putting the custom shelving back against the vanity. Their solution... """"can't you just cut your shelf?"""" I've been waiting a month for them to come to a solution about re-running the pipes and install new vanity and shelf. Their solution is to waive $500 when it will cost well over that to replace the vanity, shelving and have someone else relocate the pipes. This is highly disappointing. I hired them to improve my property, not destroy it.

Hired Michaels Plumbing to install a new valve behind my fridge. After a few hours and leaving the house I return home to find my house flooded and water spewing out from behind the refrigerator. There was about 1-2"""" of standing water in my kitchen, living room, and bedroom. I called Michael's Plumbing who came out in about half hour. On the way here the technician stated that they would be sending a company to clean out the water. Upon arriving the technician began working on the refrigerator and stated that the leak was not caused by them and that it was a coincidental appliance malfunction. They were not willing to help clean out my house despite being promised that they would. Thousands of dollars in damages were done to my home due to this misinformation. The technician did not properly re-connect my fridge after installing the new line, yet they are stating my refrigerator suddenly decided to start leaking just hours after the technician was working on it. I was promised that I would be contacted by the owner of the company but was never contacted. The technician that came out to my property was not even interested in seeing the extent of the water damage caused, and not once showed any remorse or empathy as he stood in 1"""" of water in my home telling us that they are not going to help.

The rudest Irish man named Mike came to my house for a leak in bathroom. I regret calling them my neighbor had them service their house and had to come back three times to do the job right. With so many other companies o dont see how they feel their unprofessionalism is ok their Google review were bad and I wish I saw this before using who my neighbor did.

Pricey with poor quality. Had whole house repiping. Sloppy patching after demolishing bathroom. Did not leave paint ready or even sanded. Non responsive. Would not use again.

Every time I've contacted Michael's, they have given me impeccable service. John, Christopher, Michael are fabulous plumbers and the repipe we had done exceeded our expectations. Even Mr.Reynolds, the owner, came to place a permit on our house. What a great business!!

Professional, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This is the BEST company you could ever hire for your plumbing needs. Good quality, good value, Professional, Response, On time, Friendly, Courtesy. I called so many companies back in January late evening on a weekend as I needed emergency service. This company is the only one that called me back and responded within the hour. This past week I ran into another plumbing issue called them and again they responded quickly and the issue was resolved. I give this company over and above 5stars. This company is the best and I HIGHLY recommend them. They will always be my go to company. So glad I found them.

We have used Michaels Plumbing for years. Two years ago, we hired them to run a new drainage pipe. They charged 9k because they had to run the pipe around the long side of the house. This was one of our rentals. Later we found out we paid for the long run, but they ran it the shot way, which should have been 2 k less. Today we had an emergency and called them. They wanted $600 to repair a pinhole in a sprinkler pipe. Two other companies quoted $200. They also wanted $400 to replace a faucet. I pre-bought the faucet. I had two other plumbers (not handy men) quote $150. So in an emergency, be prepared to overpay if you use this company. Also, check their work to make sure they do what they quote.

Buyer Beware! One of my neighbors recommended this company so I did not think anything to call. I had a technician come out on a Sunday and thought it odd that there was no mention of this being an after hour call, which had I know I would have schedule for Monday. The technician quoted $700 for a leaky valve which my neighbor fixed for $20. In addition, the technician tells me while he is here that the fee of $128 is due for an after hour service call. So many things went wrong with this situation. I begrudgingly paid the fee as I had no choice and asked the technician to leave. Sad way to learn why not to use this business. I called the company to share this information and was told that a manager would call me back. I have not had a call back. Update: Received a call back by Mike who pretty much told me it's the cost of doing business in plumbing which is why his guy quoted me $700 for a job my neighbor took care of for $20. I told him kindly that I was fine to pay a reasonable cost (i.e. $300) for the same job but he advised in today's economy he can not. Be ready to be jammed in the ass if you call this place. Additionally, he just offered a verbal apology that no one on his team shared that this is considered after hours. I even told them when I called it was not an emergency.

Did a repair that didn't even last 2 months. Charged 300.00 for 4.00 part and 30 mins of work. Avoid using them.

Not only did Michaels come out right away, but they replaced our kitchen drain pipe through out cinder block wall next day. Problem solved in less than 48 hours. Michael's Plumbing for the win! Also, Ariel is the BEST!
