I had a sewer drain clog so I called this company and scheduled an appointment for 3 pm. Around 4 pm the plumber hasn't arrived so I called to check on the status and was told that the plumber will be on the way soon. Around 5 pm the plumber still didn't come so I ended up cancelling the appointment.

We have used Michaels Plumbing for years. Two years ago, we hired them to run a new drainage pipe. They charged 9k because they had to run the pipe around the long side of the house. This was one of our rentals. Later we found out we paid for the long run, but they ran it the shot way, which should have been 2 k less. Today we had an emergency and called them. They wanted $600 to repair a pinhole in a sprinkler pipe. Two other companies quoted $200. They also wanted $400 to replace a faucet. I pre-bought the faucet. I had two other plumbers (not handy men) quote $150. So in an emergency, be prepared to overpay if you use this company. Also, check their work to make sure they do what they quote.

Michaels Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last 10 years. Service is top notch, techs are always professional and on time. Personally have referred Michaels Plumbing to my neighbors and family and they have never been disappointed. Make them your first choice in your plumbing needs!

Michael accidentally hit a wire cutting off the air conditioning to the home for 7 hours. It got to 97F in the house. Not a problem, things happen. They sent an AC company out who fixed it. The problem comes with them deciding to drill a hole in the side of my vanity without asking. They could have run the flexible pipes along the same path as the old pipes. They could have maybe even drilled lower on the cabinet. They decided to drill hole 7"""" off the floor and 3"""" from the wall. So now there are ugly pipes going into the side of my white vanity. This prevented me putting the custom shelving back against the vanity. Their solution... """"can't you just cut your shelf?"""" I've been waiting a month for them to come to a solution about re-running the pipes and install new vanity and shelf. Their solution is to waive $500 when it will cost well over that to replace the vanity, shelving and have someone else relocate the pipes. This is highly disappointing. I hired them to improve my property, not destroy it.

I have interacted twice with this company twice, in one instance they knew I had other bids as it was a re-pipe job so they had to be competitive. I had a service call at one of my rental units and was quoted a price twice as much as the repair should have been. Avoid companies who will not give you a ballpark price over the phone as they want to get in your property when you are vulnerable and try to make a number stick. """"A Sucker Is Born Every Minute"""" is their business model. Many other affordable options available other than this company.

I called to see if they could look at the problem I was having, not a minor one. Another company wanted to charge $400 for something and Michael's charged $40 for the same initial analysis. The total cost came in shorter than quote! Very professional, always communicating, and the work got done at a great price and at a great pace. Thank you! I will be using and referring them in the future. Don't mess with plumbing, call a professional.

Pricey with poor quality. Had whole house repiping. Sloppy patching after demolishing bathroom. Did not leave paint ready or even sanded. Non responsive. Would not use again.

Not only did Michaels come out right away, but they replaced our kitchen drain pipe through out cinder block wall next day. Problem solved in less than 48 hours. Michael's Plumbing for the win! Also, Ariel is the BEST!

I had a blockage causing water to overflow in the bathroom on a Sunday (of course) morning. I called Michael's because they had done a good job fixing a leak in my Father-in-law's house a few years ago. After calling the emergency number, Mike Jr. called back and came out in no time. He fixed the problem with his machine and honored a discount from the website. It was well worth the price for the peace of mind to have everything working correctly. He was professional and followed Covid-19 protocols. The invoice and documentation of the work were electronic. I was still able to make my tee time!
