Not only did Michaels come out right away, but they replaced our kitchen drain pipe through out cinder block wall next day. Problem solved in less than 48 hours. Michael's Plumbing for the win! Also, Ariel is the BEST!

A tech from Micheal Plumbing knocked on my back door and asked me if there was """"brown water"""" on my ceiling from the condo above me. I checked and when I asked him why he suspected brown water he was very nasty and said he was just asking me a question. I tried to explain to him I had just gotten a bathroom back after 5 months and the ceiling was new. He expressed no sympathy and walked away. The man was rude for no reason. He knocked on MY door.

We had a major plumbing issue that required a complete repipe of our house. Through a recommendation from another company we had Michael's Plumbing come out and give us a quote. The salesperson was nice and respectful and assured us that when the job was done that we would barely notice. Sadly, when we got the repipe done a month later it was anything but unnoticeable. The plumbers that did the work failed to discuss the space issues in our bathroom wall prior to proceeding. Now we are left with two bathroom fixtures jutting out of the wall. Not to mention, the shower fixture was put back on crooked, damaged and without the clear caulking that we had before. When I expressed my concerns to the main office they sent a plumber out to """"revive""""our fixtures. That Friday the plumbers came and looked at our fixtures and told me there isn't anything they could do. I asked about the clear caulking and they said they don't have it. Really? Clear caulking is highly available at any home improvement store in the area. When I asked about the crooked fixture the plumber started to suggest that I get the clear caulk and redo the fixture myself. He went on to explain that there wasn't enough space in the wall for the fixtures either, which I get, but it was something that was discussed after the fact and only when I questioned it. At this point we discussed talking to a supervisor, which I agreed to. Again, sadly this never materialized. After I followed up with the main office twice over two weeks I have not heard anything back about a resolution and it's been over a month since the job was """"completed."""" To wrap it up, I cannot confidently recommend Michael's Plumbing to anyone else. The sub par job and the lack of follow up after the fact is very off putting. As a dissatisfied customer I recommend seeking another plumber should you find yourself needing one.

I had a blockage causing water to overflow in the bathroom on a Sunday (of course) morning. I called Michael's because they had done a good job fixing a leak in my Father-in-law's house a few years ago. After calling the emergency number, Mike Jr. called back and came out in no time. He fixed the problem with his machine and honored a discount from the website. It was well worth the price for the peace of mind to have everything working correctly. He was professional and followed Covid-19 protocols. The invoice and documentation of the work were electronic. I was still able to make my tee time!

My parents called them to fix my sister's condo garbage disposal. The first guy came in and said, """"we only need a plastic snake to fix the issue."""" But he did not bring the plastic snake drain. So we called another person. But then this guy came in and said we need to pay $315. Since installing a new disposal costs about $200, we refused the service. Then this guy tried to charge us $35. However, it was the first guy's fault that he did not bring the snake drain so we refused. And this guy started using threatening words and curse words and told my parents that we are in the black list and the business will boycott my family. This guy is not concerned about our review because he claims that his business has good reviews so my family's review won't affect them. Then this guy did not leave our property and was acting as if he was reporting my parents. My parents feel very threatened by this incident. Please beware, this business not only overcharges their customers but also threatens and bullies them.

I called Michael's Plumbing in addition to 3 other plumbers in the area to get pricing bids on a large (for me) plumbing project in our home. I am familiar with this process as I own a business in the local area that demands maintenance and have renovated several homes in my past in other markets. Calling the office; I was handled immediately, professionally and with a knowledge of their services and process. The pricing was not the cheapest, but it was comfortably competitive to their comp set. They worked with me on payment options - which I greatly appreciated. Ultimately what won my business was how forthright and friendly Mike, the manager was upon arrival to provide a quote. I coordinated this project to be done over the holidays (which was convenient for me). I was understanding when they asked to reschedule it based on scheduling needs of their team members during the holiday season. This project wasn't an emergency and I had the ability to be flexible. The install was smooth and efficient. Mike and Patrick were just very nice people. They engaged me in details about placement, fixtures, and detail preferences. They were even friendly to my two barking dogs. I have worked with several plumbers in the Orlando market and have not been impressed. Michael's Plumbing was FANTASTIC. They far exceeded my expectations and made an unsexy project like plumbing, easy and seamless.

We had a serious plumbing issue that suddenly didn't allow us to use our shower, washer, sinks, or flush our toilet. We called Michaels and someone came out 30 minutes after the call and had it fixed in even less time. He was great, professional, and quick. We will definitely keep these guys in mind the next time we have an issue with our home!

CAUTION *RIP OFF ALERT* - I referred Michaels to a neighbor and they highly embarrassed me. They charged my neighbor $1500 for 3 hours work digging 20 feet of sand and using less than $20 in materials. The actual pluming work is about 15 minutes of work. Two guys showed up without masks as well. I have done this job many times for myself as a landlord so I know the time, effort and materials it should take. It would have taken me no longer than 2 easy hours by myself with a lunch break. They replaced 20 feet of ¾ inch PVC, one elbow, one valve and one union at the meter. It was about $12 in parts. The so called plumbers had to come back and re-glue the leaking elbow they installed because of their crappy work. They also left dirt all over the driveway to boot. My neighbor did not want to leave a review because he thought they were my friends. So I decided to make the call to Michaels without my neighbors knowledge and now do this review. I calmly spoke to the somewhat rude manager Michael/owner who felt that job was worth it and refused to refund my neighbor a penny. I will not ever use them again for the times I cannot get to a job. I will also NEVER refer them again. I now feel like I should refund my neighbor for giving such a bad reference..
