Total ripoff! They charged $287 to fix a leaky toilet in 10 minutes with a part that I already purchased myself. Will NEVER use again and definitely not recommend.

Website states they are available 24/7 but they forgot to say the answering service is available 27/7 and will take you name down for someone to call you during office hours. Total BS!!!

I have interacted twice with this company twice, in one instance they knew I had other bids as it was a re-pipe job so they had to be competitive. I had a service call at one of my rental units and was quoted a price twice as much as the repair should have been. Avoid companies who will not give you a ballpark price over the phone as they want to get in your property when you are vulnerable and try to make a number stick. """"A Sucker Is Born Every Minute"""" is their business model. Many other affordable options available other than this company.

I used Michael's Plumbing of Central Florida to connect an existing drain hose on an ice maker. It ended up costing me $541 which I think is absolutely outrageous. I was very unhappy with the representative, his demeanor and the mess that he left. Apparently he didn't have the right tool to take the door off of the adjoining dishwasher so he had to leave and go to Home Depot. He said he didn't have the right tool in his truck. Apparently, he told me I needed to read the fine print on the work order because he had to add $117 to the bill to travel to the store. I needed no other parts, the parts that were there were fine and just needed to be reconnected. Overall it was a very bad experience and I would never consider using this company again.

Had horrible plumbing back up and called Michael's Plumbing last night so I could get an early appointment in morning. They offered to come out right away but I was tired so they said they would call first thing in morning. They DID and Ariel showed up during the appointment time and was SO professional and nice. He asked me questions and really listened to get a sense of the problem. He explained my options and quoted me a price... I needed my outflow pipe unclogged. What a mess! He did it quickly, used the cameras and the """"snake thing"""" and made sure all directions of the pipe were clear and draining nicely. He also gave me tips on things I could do to prevent the problem from happening again. In chatting with him I learned about the company and it's philosophy of always making the customer happy.. no matter what. Ariel is a great spokesperson for the company and has a great approach to working with customers. I plan on using them again. OH... and the bill was less than he quoted as he gave me a discount... check their company site for specials.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of Jim with how fast and knowledgeable he was. I was unable to be there when the problem with my plumbing occurred,however my brother was on site and had nothing but great things to say about Jim. I would highly recommend this company and Jim to anyone.great job!
