This horrible company Flooded my place and of course, Michel said I will pay for everything not going to put it through insurance. Worst mistake ever. He had the most incompetent people come to my house to fix the damage. The plumber was supposed to hook up the stove and dishwasher well he sends me to get a part I should have know better came back to a flooded condo on move in day. The whole thing was a nightmare. Karma is a bitch.

Requested a routine maintenance call for the furnace and A/C. The operator, I believe named Katie, was very professional. I was scheduled the next day. I received a call from Katie about 30 minutes before the service tech arrived letting me know he was on the way. Adrian arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Adrian answered numerous questions without hesitation and explained everything in detail. He showed pride in his work and in Michaels. The cost was less than I thought it would be and Adrian was also able to get me a deal. Outstanding service. I highly recommend Michaels.

We used Michael's Plumbing as they were recommended to us, and what a great experience. We had a broken hose bib and a swamp cooler we wanted to service and start-up for the season. We were able to get on the scheduled in a timely fashion. The day of the appointment we were notified the technician could come earlier than scheduled - a pleasant surprise! Our technician, Eric, did a great job, explained why hose bib was cracked and what to watch out when starting up the swamp cooler.
The time and cost was exactly as was quoted by the office. Most important Eric did a great job. As a owner of several rental properties, it can be a challenge scheduling any home maintenance task; this one was not. Thank you to Michael's Plumbing and Eric! We will definitely put Michael's Plumbing on our preferred vendor list!

Cold weather sucks....I had two of my pipe joints crack under my manufactured home and every plumber that I called wouldn't answer their own phone or if they did, could not come out until the next day. Michael's has some very professional ladies that answered and also listened to my my needs. They immediately scheduled a plumber to come out; the plumbers themselves were VERY professional and courteous...heck, I even got a senior discount without even asking him for it! If possible, ask for Jerry - even though he was very sociable and friendly, he worked very quickly; was very knowledgeable; and honest (hope he doesn't get mad because this results in tons of people asking for him). Considering the mess that he had to work with and the time he put in, I was charged a very reasonable rate. These guys are definitely my go-to in case I have a problem next time. In fact, I had to replace a heating cross-over and without hesitation, called them and got the same experience.

We needed a gas line replaced and some connections repaired. Our propane company had detected a leak between our dryer and hot water heater. This was an add-on room the previous owner had done, which had some ""funky"" plumbing. I had gotten some recommendations through our online neighbor group and saw 5 reviews of Michael's. We have a budget, so I needed to get an estimate of possible costs before selecting a plumber. Michael's was upfront about their costs, which I was grateful for. I had called other companies and had a hard time getting basics nailed down, like hourly charges and general range of costs. Jerry from Michael's replaced the line and connections, and got our system back to ""code."" While he was there he took a few minutes to replace the hot and cold hose bibs for the washer. He was knowledgeable, fast, and answered our questions. We also got an unexpected senior discount. I will go to Michael's for any future (fingers crossed, we won't have any) plumbing needs.

We had an unusual request to add an on demand recycling pump to our tankless water heater. Michael (owner) came
out himself for the evaluation and install. Unlike many past experiences with plumbers working with Michael and his team was a pleasure. This was a procedure that they did not perform on a regular basis. Having done the research they professionally handled the install. On time and meticulous I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Cost effective by doing it right the first time.

On Tuesday Jun 20th 2017. A plumber of this company came to the apartments Witch we live. And did some work on a hot water heater upstarts from my best friend in witch we where house sitting cause she was out of town. The plumber was sodering by the hot water heater and we have fire sprinklers in our apartments. The plumber did not CAP the water sprinkle off and set the water sprinkle off in witch flooded the upstairs apartment. And most the water came down to bottom story. And caused a lot of damage. Mike Jared told me and my husband at the scene that if there was any damage that Mikael's Plumbing will be responsible. The home owner has only got the run around. Saying ""Oh the insurance adjuster will be out asap... by Linda and that has been well over two now weeks and the insurance adjuster still has not been out!!! And my best friend is still sleeping on the couch and has C.O.P.D and Arthis! I know that anyone in is company doesn't live like this so she shouldn't have to eather. I wish that this company will stand by their word and help the best friend.

All these months later I'm trying to figure out why I was sold such an inferior toilet. Ajax can't be scrubbed out. Fecal matter sticks to what appears to be a very porous surface. Cheap plastic toilet seat lid cracked almost immediately and was replaced with another cracked toilet seat lid. I complained to the office and after a number of attempts realized I was being ""shined on."" Prior to this, I had used Michaels for years but never again. I've never in my 70 years of life had such a CRAPPY toilet.
