Our downstairs furnace went out last week. Called Michaels because they have done other work in our house and we trust them to be accurate and fair. We had to wait several days because they are really busy but was willing to do so as I did not want to risk using another service. The technician showed up today and had it up and running in less than a half hour. While he was in there he cleaned a few things in addition to fixing the faulty part to save us having to have them out again later. Socially distanced and covid conscious and the guy clearly knew what he was doing. My neighbors have used them as well in the past and had nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend

Great service began with the initial call. The office gal was on it! After a brief hold she had me scheduled with the right person to assess my somewhat odd request. The next day they arrived within the designated time window and set me up for repairs the next day. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and professional and charges were reasonable. I have used Michael's twice now in four years. First was a plugged drain now this repair. Very happy with the entire operation. Will utilize them every time!

We contacted several plumbers in the Reno Sparks area to replace our existing water heater with a tankless water heater, and Michael's was on of the 3 that actually responded. They answered several questions that we had regarding their company, and their processes.
The day before and the prior to the actual estimate appointment time we received calls from the office for confirmation.
Michael came out himself to perform the estimate. I told him that I wanted to install a Noritz tankless water heater, and even though he had not installed the model we wanted, he assured me that they could install it without issues. He walked me through the process of the removal and installation of the tankless. With parts, labor and permit. When asked ""how soon could this be done"" Michael informed me of their schedule, and indicated that it would be a 2.5-3 weeks from the time the proposal was excepted. I appreciated the honesty here, we were not in an emergency situation, and had no problem waiting a couple weeks.
The day before and the morning of the install, we received calls from their office for confirmation, so they could dispatch their crew.
Their crew was set to arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 in the morning, and arrived close to 8. We showed them to the work area and let them do their thing. Several hours later, we had a new tankless water heater installed in our garage. David, the supervisor, went over the ""remote"" and how to raise/lower the water temp as needed. He also allowed us to video him, when he explained how to perform the required service of the unit.
There were two ""hic-ups"" to the install. 1) two of the pipes caulking were not completed and 2) the pressure overflow valve in the drive way was not to code. In both instances Michael himself came out and resolved the issue in a few short minutes. Even though the install wasn't perfect I give Michael's 5 stars, because of the excellent service and coming out and addressing the two issue so quickly and professionally.
We will be recommending Michael's to our friends and others that are looking for plumber recommendations.

Very disappointed in Michael's Plumbing. Waited for 11 days to get an appointment. We were very thorough telling them what work we needed, and we also had all the supplies we needed to complete the work. The technician came, and worked for two hours in our kitchen, then announced that we would need to make another appointment ourselves for the remaining work in the bathroom. No shower help provided at all. He left. This was the 8th of the month. We were told that they could come back on the 24th. We were shocked. No shower until then? Two hours is all we were given? $300+ bill. When we complained to the scheduler, they called us back saying the owner Leslie said they could fit us back in NEXT FRIDAY. (another week?) Not satisfied. Not recommending Michael's Plumbing. DID NOT FINISH THE JOB....

Needed flat roof drains snaked out to improve drainage. The two workers were on time, competent, worked hard and did a good job. I'd use them again. Getting a quote and paying the bill was very confusing. First I was told it was a time/material quote of $110/hour. When other companies I'd contacted with lower quotes called me and said their quotes would be double because they were sending two men, I called Michaels to confirm their quote. I was told by the office personnel that the job would be at the $110/hr rate, but there would be a diagnostic charge of $25. I knew I didn't need any diagnosis, so I signed up with Michaels since they didn't double the cost. When it came to pay, they did want to double the bill for two men. I said no, and they only charged the $110/hr rate. Good for them, but their office is all screwed up with pricing information.

I have to say Michael's Plumbing is very customer oriented. I had a question on an invoice and they reached out and took care of it immediately. This is very impressive. Their workmanship is very professional, too. I would highly recommend!

I was referred to Michael's Plumbing by a friend. I needed a new garbage disposal. I purchased the item and Eric installed it. He was quick and clean and also very pleasant to talk to. He answered my questions and even showed me a few things under my sink to look out for. I will definitely use them again. Briana (sp?) the young lady who took the service call was very friendly too and called me to keep me updated on Eric's arrival. They also have another company called The Electric Company which he told me about and gave me a coupon for so I will definitely be calling for new light fixture installation. It cost $106 (with the $10 off coupon) and I was totally fine with that.

We needed a new air conditioner and heater as the old ones were at least 24 years old. The first company, did an estimate & dropped us like a hot potato without any return calls etc. Michael's was a complete 180*! They called a day before the appointment, the day of and called for follow up. I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT service! Allen came out and did a thorough inspection to ensure all his specs were right and we got the units we needed. He even got us a great deal on an upgraded coil. The install was schedule within a few days. We got the usual pre-checks to confirm our appointment, the were on time! They went above and beyond replacing the ground for a better one, added a safety feature not in the original estimate, and followed up the next day to set up the inspection. I have NEVER had service this good from an HVAC/ plumbing company! I will recommend them to ANYONE without hesitation. Thank you Michael's Plumbing Heating & Air!

I bought a stove from Lowe's and they sold it to me without a cord. I called Michael's and they sent Jason out and he put a new cord on it and fixed my fuse box. Here's a guy that really knows what he's doing. I liked them so much they're coming out Tuesday to check out my water heater keep up the good work!

After 20+ years our garbage disposal finally had it's last rites. Purchased a new one off Amazon (since we are suppose to stay inside). Called Michael's Plumbing...talked to Bree, very helpful since I used this guys when they had the yellow vans One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a couple of years back. Also, they installed a kitchen sink faucet too (that guy retired). Bree said she can get Eric out to my house on Friday 04/03. PERFECT!!! Eric arrived on time installed the new garbage disposal and he was very efficient and polite. So polite my 11 year old Akita didn't even so much as barked at him. In and out in less then an hour and a half. As he was leaving I had to chase him down since he left his power drill in my kitchen. So if anything else goes wrong in my house I will most definitely call Michael's Plumbing. They are so awesome!
