I put my house on the market and went through the inspection process. In the inspection the ""Tank-less Water Heater"" did not pass. Michael's Plumbing (Michael) wouldn't take my call and told his receptionist to tell me that it passed the original inspection so they were not going to do anything to rectify the/my situation. The realtors had to get involved by sending emails (paper trail), only then did he send out a guy to fix the bad install. I would never hire this company ever again. They do not honor their word, their work or anyone else's time and money.

Props to Michael's Plumbing for great customer service from start to finish. Calling to make an appointment was seamless, and the communication leading up to their arrival kept me in the loop. I also appreciated that they asked for pictures in advance, so that they could speed up the repair process and bring with them all the parts that would be needed from the beginning.
Jake the technician was also wonderful, and clearly explained my options and their respective costs before starting any work. He provided advice without pushing anything, which can be a hard line to walk sometimes. Unfortunately for me, I needed more repairs than expected, but the transparency along the way was greatly appreciated!

I have mixed feelings about my experience. More like 3.5 stars than 4.
The gal on the phone to book appointment was pleasant & the cost to come out was told upfront. $169 first hour and $58 each additional 1/2 hour. We had a water hammer pipe noise issue. Bill arrived at 8:30 for an 8-10 time window with a call prior to make sure we were ready. That was great. Bill arrived with no mask. I have asthma so I was concerned about his lack of mask with covid still a concern. I asked him if he had one to which he said yes, in truck, want me to get it? Yes, which is why I asked & was myself wearing a mask out of respect for him entering my home as well. He came back with a thin scarf under his nose & didn't say a word which made it uncomfortable. I led him through the house to turn on water & show him noise. He said nothing. I then led him to the other bathroom to ask if he had time to fix a small valve leak we noticed after we made appointment. He said no, I don't have parts & walked out. He proceeded to check the water pressure. My husband was with him & Bill started to loosen up a bit. Talked more so it wasn't as tense, thank goodness. In the end Bill was an OK guy but the mask thing seemed to upset him a bit. We ended up needing a water pressure regulator. No more pipe noise but now the water pressure is so low. I think I got used to it really high so it will take time to adjust or it should have been set just a tad higher. He also replaced the little tank above the water heater. Our total cost was $589. I would use this company again although I feel that out of respect for everyone involved their plumbers should come to the door with a mask & ask the homeowner if they want them to wear one or not.

Discovered at 5:00am on a Sunday morning that water was leaking from our upstairs shower and dripping out significantly through the ceiling fan into our downstairs bathroom directly below.

I immediately tried (unsuccessfully) to turn off the water to the house, so I quickly Yelped for 24/7 emergency plumbers.

I called a couple of them and left voice mails. I couldn't even leave a message for one company as the mailbox was full on their ""emergency"" phone line (that company was our usual plumber.)

When I called Michael's Plumbing, I knew I found the right plumber as my was call was immediately answered by a live person at an answering service.

Within 15 minutes of that call, their serviceman Mike called me back. He arrived less than 10 minutes later. Our problem was fixed 90 minutes later, which was right about the time I got a call back from another company that I'd left a message for.

Paid $542 for the service and felt that was a good value considering the work was completed before 8:00am on a Sunday. Could've spent a couple hundred dollars less had they done the work during regular business hours Monday through Friday, but unfortunately, this emergency didn't happen during regular business hours.

Tech Mike (not the owner) was a good guy; very professional and courteous. He said I was one of 19 emergency calls he tended to this weekend, and the company always assigns someone to be on-call 24/7 on the weekends, and their answering services texts the on-call person immediately after someone calls with a plumbing emergency.

SUPER grateful to Michael's Plumbing and tech-guy-Mike getting things fixed so quickly on an early Sunday morning and giving me peace of mind.

Looks like Michael's will be our new go-to plumber from now on!

We had a leak at the main line for the house and irrigation that we didn't know about and then saw significant water pooling near the main line. It was a Saturday of course and Michael's Plumbing was the only one that could come the same day. Eric arrive around 5pm and managed to determine the leak and order the parts for the repair. We were lucky that we could still use the domestic line until they could get back out on Wednesday to do the repair. Eric came at the designated time and completed the repair but would still need to come back the next day to make sure it sealed properly before we turned everything. Thurs comes and at 7pm Eric is knocking on our door to confirm everything is working. I was beside myself that he still showed up and didn't come the next morning. After determining everything worked, he still had another job to go to! Eric and Michael's Plumbing were amazing and I highly recommend them!

I have used Michael's Plumbing on a couple occasions now, and I have to say their great service is consistent. We had our water heater replaced by them a year and a half ago and then also had them fix a leak on one of our exterior hose bibs. Both times the service techs arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and got the job done within the estimated time they provided. We had gotten quotes from other plumbers in town on replacing our water heater and their price was the most reasonable. If you want honest, reliable, friendly plumbers that get the job done, I highly recommend Michael's Plumbing.

Of course leave it up to my A/C to act up when we are getting above 100 degrees for days. I called Michales since I have a service contract with them. There 1st appointment was 2 weeks away. I told them I couldn't wait I have a very hairy black dog. They said I could do after hours which would be a higher rate. I didn't care since I needed the service. Alex the tech actually made it out before 5pm so no after hour rate. He was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem right away but has to order a part. He assured me it was OK to run the a/c but keep the setting at a higher temperature. He also assured me it has a circuit breaker and it the motor gets to hot it will shut off. He also assured me he would squeeze me in somewhere once he gets the part. I have used them for plumbing as well and electrical. They are family owned and local. All the technicians have been great. Bri in the office is very helpful and was concerned about my issue as well as my dog. For people who have seen my other post know I give credit when it is due as well as bad reviews to places that don't deserve them. I haveno problem recommending Michales heating air and plumbing for your needs.

Called about our A/C on our commercial warehouse in April and got an appointment for 3 weeks out. I wanted to get this fixed before our tenant moved in on June 1, 2021. Alex came out and determined that we didn't need a new air conditioner. The thermostat was not wired correctly for the air conditioner. That was on May 14, 2021. Alex said we just needed to have the ducting repaired and he would probably be able to come out the following week. I called the next week to schedule an appt and was told that I couldn't schedule because the bid was not in. I have spoken with both Breanne and Brittany and they are very nice but nothing ever comes of the phone calls. The last time I spoke with Breanne, I said I knew this was not a big job and asked if I should look elsewhere to have it fixed and she said no. Since that time, I have not received any communication with this company. Not very good business!
