Called about our A/C on our commercial warehouse in April and got an appointment for 3 weeks out. I wanted to get this fixed before our tenant moved in on June 1, 2021. Alex came out and determined that we didn't need a new air conditioner. The thermostat was not wired correctly for the air conditioner. That was on May 14, 2021. Alex said we just needed to have the ducting repaired and he would probably be able to come out the following week. I called the next week to schedule an appt and was told that I couldn't schedule because the bid was not in. I have spoken with both Breanne and Brittany and they are very nice but nothing ever comes of the phone calls. The last time I spoke with Breanne, I said I knew this was not a big job and asked if I should look elsewhere to have it fixed and she said no. Since that time, I have not received any communication with this company. Not very good business!

My family recommended Michael's. New to Reno, I needed two bathroom redo's in my new condo.
They removed old sinks and toilets, installed new sinks I'd ordered from Home Depot.
They suggested buying better quality, taller seat toilets.
Their work was excellent! Good communication throughout.
They also recommended the tile company for new floors and install. Was very pleased with that as well.

I have used Michael's Plumbing Heating and Air for over 15 years and need to say again that they are a truly superior company! I have enjoyed their excellent cost effective annual service program and, along the way, new installations. They put in my new hot water heater, replaced my heating system and just recently replaced my old A/C unit. Their installations are top notch and their pricing is appropriate. In particular, I have to give a shout out to technician Mike Kast who has been my ""main"" guy over all these years. He is absolutely terrific. It is a real comfort to have consistency with a technician who knows your house. He is knowledgable, dependable, and always lets you know the status of your systems. The office staff is also excellent. After all these years, I am still amazed by the integrity and professionalism of this company.

As homeowners we have used their services for nearly 20 years. Always reliable, always on time and great at communicating when to expect your workmen the day of scheduled service. Yesterday Jerry came out for a garbage disposal replacement. He was very personable and listened to our concerns with another plumbing situation and even though he didn't come out for it, made an additional repair for us. The quality of employees is a true reflection of the owner who we've met. He has come to our house a few times himself to make sure we're pleased with the work done. As long as we're in Reno and as long as Michael's is in business we'll be using their services.

Checked YELP for plumbers and chose Michael's. They were polite and responsive when I called for service. We made an appointment. They called the next day to ensure we were on for Wednesday's appointment. The morning they were to come out, they called again to say ""Jerry"" was on the way.

I showed Jerry what was needed to be fixed. He was pleasant and we talked while he fixed my leaking pipe connections on the water heater. Very professional in his work. I was very pleased with the entire process, from start to finish. The bill was lower than I expected when done and they included a senior discount as well. Thank you for be concerned and for great service quality.

I called Micael's on on a Saturday due to a very low water pressure. Dispatch sent out George and he arrived within 20 minutes of calling. George and I suspected that the low water pressure was due to pressure regulator getting clogged and broken. He went into the crawl space to take a look and before changing it out, he suggested on troubleshooting the main water shutoff. We both went to take a look and found that the city had installed new water meters and left the meter 3/4 turned off. (Left meter is neighbors, right is after George turned it on).

I really appreciate that they not only sent out someone on a timely manner but George's honesty about the actually problem. He could have easily turned on the main water and charged for installing a new pressure regulator.

I had an emergency over Thanksgiving and no one could help or answer. My sink was so clogged and the pipes bursted leaking water all over the floor: I called up Michael's and it was fast, quick,professional, and way better than the competitors.
Plus, they told me that last person who worked on our sink put the incorrect size and that's why we had constant leaks.

Our downstairs furnace went out last week. Called Michaels because they have done other work in our house and we trust them to be accurate and fair. We had to wait several days because they are really busy but was willing to do so as I did not want to risk using another service. The technician showed up today and had it up and running in less than a half hour. While he was in there he cleaned a few things in addition to fixing the faulty part to save us having to have them out again later. Socially distanced and covid conscious and the guy clearly knew what he was doing. My neighbors have used them as well in the past and had nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend
