We needed a new air conditioner and heater as the old ones were at least 24 years old. The first company, did an estimate & dropped us like a hot potato without any return calls etc. Michael's was a complete 180*! They called a day before the appointment, the day of and called for follow up. I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT service! Allen came out and did a thorough inspection to ensure all his specs were right and we got the units we needed. He even got us a great deal on an upgraded coil. The install was schedule within a few days. We got the usual pre-checks to confirm our appointment, the were on time! They went above and beyond replacing the ground for a better one, added a safety feature not in the original estimate, and followed up the next day to set up the inspection. I have NEVER had service this good from an HVAC/ plumbing company! I will recommend them to ANYONE without hesitation. Thank you Michael's Plumbing Heating & Air!

I bought a stove from Lowe's and they sold it to me without a cord. I called Michael's and they sent Jason out and he put a new cord on it and fixed my fuse box. Here's a guy that really knows what he's doing. I liked them so much they're coming out Tuesday to check out my water heater keep up the good work!

After 20+ years our garbage disposal finally had it's last rites. Purchased a new one off Amazon (since we are suppose to stay inside). Called Michael's Plumbing...talked to Bree, very helpful since I used this guys when they had the yellow vans One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a couple of years back. Also, they installed a kitchen sink faucet too (that guy retired). Bree said she can get Eric out to my house on Friday 04/03. PERFECT!!! Eric arrived on time installed the new garbage disposal and he was very efficient and polite. So polite my 11 year old Akita didn't even so much as barked at him. In and out in less then an hour and a half. As he was leaving I had to chase him down since he left his power drill in my kitchen. So if anything else goes wrong in my house I will most definitely call Michael's Plumbing. They are so awesome!

My swamp cooler was beginning to leak the last two summers and I wanted to get it replaced or repaired before I had other major problems like replacing the ceiling for water damage. Mike came out a week before the install and gave me an estimate, a contract I signed and returned to him. I explained to Mike that I was retired and on a limited income, and his price came in very affordable at less than $1800. His two technicians showed up on time, they were friendly, and courteous, and kept me informed of the job. I had an issue with the controller not working on high-speed for cooling or just vent. Mike took control of the issue and sent their sister company, electrician, out to troubleshoot and fix the issue. I didn't have a problem with the delay because I was having this work done before the heat hits in Reno. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent work and great pricing. They handle the winterized and reinstate of your swamp cooler at less than $90. (2x/year) each trip. Thank you Mike and your team for making me a happy customer!

We had some water damage and mold in our garage that extended behind our HVAC unit. In order for it to be cleaned up, the entire unit had to be moved. The insurance had Michael's Plumbing Heating & Air come out and do the work. When they put it back after the mold was cleaned up, they re-wrapped the duct work, re-insulated it and analyzed everything to make sure it was all properly working. Alex and the other technicians were extremely professional and friendly and did an excellent job explaining the work and getting things back up and running.

Good company to deal with. Very accommodating with a dulling and service. Gives military discount. I've used them to replace my water heater and Brittany the scheduler worked with our schedule. Then had to use them to repair my heater. They even lent us a space heater whille we waited for our part to come in. Would recommend to anyone.

I noticed our hot water supply was running out faster than normal this last few days. We rent a house, so we notified are landlords and they promptly told us a company would be stopping by that same day. There dispatch called us almost immediately and gave us a window of time for a tech to stop by, roughly 11am-1pm.
The tech, Eric, called early in that two hour window and gave me an approx time when he would be there and he was within 5 min or so of that time. Eric arrived and promptly gave me a knowledgable and easy to understand break down of what the problem was and what the fix would be. As the water heater was original to the house, even though it had some replacements over time, it was over 20 years and ultimately needed replacement. Our wonderful landlords talked to Eric, and after some valid questions, told him to go ahead with the replacement.
Eric called his dispatch and they were able to get another technician to come do the job same day as he had a cancellation. Eric assisted in prepping the old water heater for removal while Sean (hope I spelled it right) came to our rescue. Sean arrived and took over the installation as Eric had other obligations. I asked for a time frame as we had errands to run and was given 3 hours, and it matched up with the amount of time the work took to complete. When finished, Sean explained the work he had done and it looked safe and well done. He left no mess whatsoever and was such a nice guy.
Both guys were professional, knowledgable, down to earth, and friendly. We will definitely use them when we have our own home and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Furnace stopped working . Alex came out on Saturday and repaired it . Very knowledgeable and found the problem fast. Repair was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Alex was very professional and is an outstanding representative of their company !
