My HOA uses Michaels Plumbing and maybe they don't pay them enough or something, because they seemed to have no interest in helping both times I was unfortunate enough to need them. Last February I tried to contact them with a problem and they never responded so I ended up hiring my own plumber and paying myself. This time was extra infuriating because they've dragged it out for over two weeks. My HOA contacted Bernadette on December 31st and she said that Michael would be in contact with me at the beginning of the next week (never happened.) My HOA contact reached out to her again on January 8th and never heard back from her. I finally got the number myself and called last Saturday (January 11th) and she informed me that weekends were only for emergencies but she'd call me on Monday. She never did. I called Monday evening to at least leave a message but their voicemail box was full. Awesome. Called Tuesday morning and again got the full mailbox so I called again rIght away and lo and behold a woman answered. She tried to delay having to schedule anything for several days but after I mentioned how long I'd been waiting for help she said she'd arrange something sooner and would call me back in 10-15 minutes. She never did. I called again Tuesday evening to at least see if I could leave a message and the mailbox was STILL full. This morning (Wednesday) I called and was finally able to leave a voicemail. I called again right away to see if someone would answer just to get the phone to stop ringing and it went to voicemail much quicker than usual. Obviously they were just ignoring me at that point. They didn't call back all of today. I cannot fathom why my HOA would use such an unreliable and cowardly company. Good luck trying.

Got referred to them through Ferguson Plumbing. Set up an appointment and Chris came out. I needed to add a shutoff valve to my water line that goes to the refrigerator. Chris was able to install a small inline shutoff that works perfectly. I've also been noticing a small ""dripping"" noise coming from my bathroom wall close to the water shutoff valve for the toilet. I was concerned that there may be a leak in the wall. Upon further inspection Chris was able to locate the drip coming from below the toilet into the waste pipe. He replaced the toilet flush valve, and though that didn't completely get rid of the problem, it put my mind at ease that the drip sound I was hearing was water dripping into the waste pipe, versus water dripping in the wall.

We needed to upgrade to a much larger water heater so we called Michael's plumbing. They were friendly and professional and were able to get us a 75 gallon tank at a very reasonable price. The owner, along with his employees were awesome! They got the work done in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier with our new water heater. We would definitely reccomend Michael's Plumbing to family and friends.

I had a rental unit with a slab leak in the middle of the living room floor.
After Michael described and quoted alternative possible repairs, I chose to have him break up the slab to check out the pipe to see if it could be repaired. (Time and material basis.)
Crew arrived on time, moved some furniture around, covered the area thoroughly in plastic, and got to work. A couple of hours later, Michael called me to confirm that the pipe had good thickness, fairly little corrosion and could be repaired. He described some extra steps they took to be sure the repair was reliable, and a couple hours later, they were done - all cleaned up, nicely smoothed cement and all!
They could have cranked the cost of the job way up, and I would never have known. But instead, he was totally honest, informative, and very efficient. It turned out to be several hundred dollars instead of a few thousand dollars! Awesome!
Sure, there was some luck involved in the condition of the pipe and the easy-to-break concrete, but I definitely want to use him again in the future, and would definitely highly recommend him!
One caution is to be a bit patient and/or persistent with the office, as it's a family business that's sometimes very busy with customers.

I am renting a house which always had plumbing issues. The management company had a contract with a plumbing company that did a poor job.

Finally they hired Michael's Plumbing and I am so excited.

Chris and Nick came out and did an amazing job. I had drain issues in both bathrooms and he fixed both of them.

Very courteous and Chris explained everything to me in detail. I really appreciate that.

They did such a great job.

My sinks never drained so well before. They were thorough and cleaned the pipes the way it's supposed to be done.

Even the shower drain is a huge improvement.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and the attention to detail provided by the crew of Michael's Plumbing Co. I experienced a slab leak that needed to be rerouted. Michael came out to our house to accessed the problem and give me a quote to fix the problem. Two days later Michael and his crew were at my house at the time promised and were able to reroute the copper line through the kitchen area and now the wall looks as if the reroute was never done. At the same time I also had Michael install a new water shut off valve located in the garage. I now have a separate shut off valve for the house and one for the irrigation system. I also had him install a new kitchen faucet at the same time. The kitchen faucet was instated by his helper Chris, another true professional. I highly recommend Michael Plumbing Co. for any of your plumbing problems that may be encountered in the future.

My wife and I were having problem with a leaky toilet and I came across a recommendation from my neighbor to try Michaels Plumbing. I called them and they gave me some great tips on what to do until they could get someone out here. They sent out Chris who came out to fix the problem. Chris was very professional but also had a great personally. He eventually found the problem, fixed it and all at a very reasonable price. A lot of times when you hire a company to fix an appliance or utility, they send someone over who does the very minimal to get the job done or someone who is unprofessional and rude. Chris went above and beyond to find and fix the problem, and my family appreciated his funny, yet polite customer service. I will defiantly recommend Chris and use Michaels Plumbing again.

I requested Michael's Plumbing to install modern angle stops at my house. Michael the owner sent out an unprofessional plumber who often yelled at his assistant in my house. The plumber was so rough installing things and I thought maybe he was just doing his job since i am no expert in plumbing. 3 months later, I found out my bathroom had been slowly leaking down to my downstair neighbor's garage. The leak all started with the plumber and his assistant ""fixing"" the loose handle and reverse hot and cold water vaults. I had a professional plumber confirm the cause of the leak. I contacted Michael right away. He first offered to fix everything himself. After he found out I had to redo my floor and my entire fancy tiled bathroom, he changed his offer and his from desk lady was talking my ear off about how I should call them when the their plumber was being unprofessional. This business is awful, they sent a rough plumber and an assistant (apparent got laid off!!) to yank at the plumbing at my house. I had a terrible experience from start to finish.

Seriously excellent service. I've used Michael's Plumbing for years and have always received prompt, professional and courteous service. They have always shown up when they said they would, fixed the problem and charged reasonably. And they always leave the area clean! I would highly recommend this company and you'll be happy you called them!
