A year after hiring them to install some windows, I have a leak. When they did the work, they were filthy, no drop cloths used my toilet as a stool, ruined my new deck stain, and tracked dust everywhere. Their work is shoddy but cheap. Get what you pay for and save yourself the trouble, don't. I have had 3 appointments set to review the warranty work and he has missed each one. The owner is a shady character, his crew is nice but unskilled.

We had Michael's come in to look at a plumbing issue. The person who came to fix the problem suggested that we replace the entire toilet. I had specifically told them that I want the same kind of toilet before he went to the store to purchase. After the work was done, I found that the one installed did not match the base size, seat cover, handles. I was told that what he got was the only kind available. However, this weekend when my husband went to Lowe's (which is the closest place to us), he found the exact one like ours.

Considering I spent close to $600
(which includes about $100 including taxes to get rid of the old toilet), I am not super happy about how the new toilet looks. I don't like the plastic seat and cover and guess that can be replaced but that's for another day. There was no transparency about the options for the new toilet or the breakdown of the cost (how much was spent on the parts vs labor) and there wasn't much choice i had when I saw the new one after it was all installed.
