Overflowing toilet is a morning disaster. No fear, Michael came to my rescue a few short hours after my call. He had a reasonable quote on the phone, was on time, and knew what he was doing. He resolved the problem quickly and was very neat. It is difficult to find a good plumber, I found one. I would definitely use Michael again.

Kudos to Michael. I called him on a Friday night to beg for a drain clean out for a tenant the next morning. She was expecting guests and Michael was already booked.
