Michael cleared a drain that has never flowed correctly since we moved into our house 3 years ago. We've had the same drain snaked out twice before by different companies but it always drained slowly and clogged frequently in spite of our use of drain screens and our meticulous efforts to keep anything other than soap and water from entering the drain. Michael was easy to work with, prompt, professional, friendly, wore a mask, and most importantly got the job done. He left the area clean. Plus his rates are very reasonable. We have experienced Michael's excellent service 3 times, a clogged main drain, clogged tub drain , and an emergency after hours plumbing backup that had water flooding (spewing) everywhere. Update on my review from a year ago. This guy is still my favorite go-to plumber for clogged drains. I still can't think of a single negative about Michael.
