We have experienced Michael's excellent service 3 times, a clogged main drain, clogged tub drain , and an emergency after hours plumbing backup that had water flooding (spewing) everywhere. He was kind enough to come over quickly, after dark, and fixed the problem! He has always been quick to respond and definitely knows what to do. We had no idea where the clean out-drain was..... he found it ... on the roof.. second story! We highly recommend Michael's Drains and Water Heaters. He knows his business.

He came rescue my bathtub drain. I have Jacuzzi bathtub, so he had to go behind the tub and cut pipe to drain. He also changed faucet for no charges. How nice!

Update on my review from a year ago. This guy is still my favorite go-to plumber for clogged drains. I still can't think of a single negative about Michael. Every time I've used him, he has shown up within 24 hours (usually sooner). He is quick, professional, friendly, and his prices are very competitive. He never tries to upsell or bullsh*t me about the problem.
