Michael is currently recommending his friend and plumber, Jorge (510-703-5035), to new customers since Michael unable to take new clients right now. I just called Jorge to replace our garbage disposal. He was super friendly on the phone and then arrived 30 minutes later, just as he said he would. Instead of replacing our garbage disposal, he was able to fix it in10 minutes saving us a chunk of change. I would highly recommend Jorge to anyone needing a friendly, prompt and efficient, qualiified plumber. Thanks Michael for the recommendation!!

This guy is the best!!!! We have had Michael fix sinks, toilets, etc over the years, but today I was reminded why I love him so much. He not only fixed our sink and toilet, but is a great conversationalist and fun to have around! Can't say that about everyone! Not only that, he taught me how to fix it myself if it ever happens again. Can't say enough good things!

I called Michael on Wednesday, January 16th and left a detailed message, including two different telephone numbers each of which I stated twice (as per his request in his voice mail message). His message also states that as he works alone, it may take a day or two for him to get back to you. Well, that was 6 days ago - I've still heard nothing.

Michael may be YOUR plumber, but he'll never be mine.

I agree with everyone who has given Michael five stars. He did an amazing job fixing a leaky pipe in our walls a couple years ago. Since then, he has given us really helpful, honest advice about cleaning our sewer-lateral line (we asked him to do some work on it and he told us we didn't really need the work yet, so we saved some bucks). I echo Jessie B--so good to have someone so ethical, conscientious, and delightful in my house. Can't recommend Michael highly enough!

i'm lucky he was able to come- he is so busy he is just about to stop taking new clients... but he did come and was able to solve my plumbing connundrum quickly and for a fraction of the cost that i thought it would be! thanks micheal!

I hate to be a spoilsport but here is my experience with this plumber. I called him and got a message machine saying he usually returned calls within 2 days. I waited a week, didn't hear from him and called again. This time he called back in about 2 days. He was extremely nice over the phone and said he would take care of my tenants' plumbing problem. He took down all the information and since the problem was clearly inconveniencing my tenants (low water flow), I assumed he would get to it right away. Nearly 3 weeks went by with nothing, so I called and left a message asking when he was going to be able to do the job. I never heard from him again.

The guy is a wonderful human being and an excellent plumber. What more can you ask for? Did I mention he comes on time? That he is reasonable, professional, reassuring?

Woohoo! As good as it gets. Michael is all that and a sweetheart too. There should be six stars. Failing that I can promise that you will pleased with both his work and his prices. Like another customer wrote here, when he left I wanted to bake him a pie. So good to have someone so conscientious, ethical and delightful in my home.
