Just experienced the 5 star magic from Michael. What a knowledgable, professional, and kind pro! We smelled a strange sewage smell in the bathroom and were worried that it could have been something major--the internet.... Michael came, quickly diagnosed it, and gave us a simple, elegant, and inexpensive fix. And his rates were extremely fair and reasonable. What a gem of a contractor and human being! I am so thankful to have found Michael a few years ago through Yelp. He has been a true plumbing lifesaver through the years! Highly skilled, honest, and great, friendly company! We just had a kitchen sink disaster mid-Covid shelter in place and all I had to do was text Michael and he was over this morning to remedy the problem. This Plumber is the best plumber that I met in my life!!! God bless him! It is so rare to find an honest person who is not trying to rip you off or make you do more work than needed! He came to our house, explained the issue, gave us advice, he is smart, polite, nice, funny, very quickly answering my texts, absolutely AMAZING!!! This guy is a treasure, and when you are honest like this, of course you will have tons of jobs and people contacting you. He is my official plumber guy now that I moved in this area! A big thanks to all the folks who have recommended Micheal Your Plumber here on Yelp and on NextDoor. We had a couple of small-ish plumbing jobs, including re-seating a leaking toilet and resolving a shower that was cycling hot-cold. Micheal addressed everything for the price he quoted for the toilet, and replaced a hose and some nuts/bolts/washers with better quality ones in the process. He showed me hot to fix the shower issue (clogged filter, as it turned out) should it recur, and explained why the toilet seal had failed for the second time. Nice guy, great work, good educator, highly personable. He's very responsive to texts so that's the best way to get in touch. (I suspect those complaining he didn't respond left a phone vs. text message.) Highly recommended and he will certainly be the first person we call next time we have a plumbing need.
