After my regular AC company wouldn't provide ""emergency service"", my neighbor suggested his maintenance company- M&S !! I am in my 90's and had been without air conditioning for 5 days. Indoor temps rose to 91 degrees. Michael and son came out 3 days earlier than my old company. Yes- I will be switching to Michael and Son on Monday!! They sent out a tech who diagnosed the problem, made the repairs, and had me in air conditioned comfort AND in an environment that kept me out of danger!

Jeremy found and fixed the problem (clogged drainage hose) and installed a three-stop system to prevent further problems. He was personable while still being professional.
