Jeremy Gulledge came in fix and repair my heater in 45 mins with out any new parts . I was at his mercy he could said we needed new this we needed new that . No he found the problem fixed it and left . I do appreciate good men like him his was honest and 2 the point .

After my regular AC company wouldn't provide ""emergency service"", my neighbor suggested his maintenance company- M&S !! I am in my 90's and had been without air conditioning for 5 days. Indoor temps rose to 91 degrees. Michael and son came out 3 days earlier than my old company. Yes- I will be switching to Michael and Son on Monday!! They sent out a tech who diagnosed the problem, made the repairs, and had me in air conditioned comfort AND in an environment that kept me out of danger!

I had a leak in my attic on a Sunday. I called and they sent a technician (Jeremy) out that evening. Jeremy found and fixed the problem (clogged drainage hose) and installed a three-stop system to prevent further problems. He was personable while still being professional. I am very glad I got the Gold warranty!

Ac was not cooling, I have a Home Warranty plan with Select Home Warranty, the technician they sent out mis diagnosed issue and didn't repair problem. I called Michael and Son for emergency service, technician showed up, repaired issue and solved problem. While their prices are a little high, workmanship is great and I trust them. I signed up for their Hvac maintenance plan and canceled Home warranty...well let's just say trying to cancel Home warranty...that company is the Worst EVER.

They can out to service my house ... I paid with a credit card ... they charge my credit card twice... I had to call then on it , b/c of this i had bunch of bounce checks not a call or text saying sorry for my inconvenience of having my account in the negative.... I will not be using them again after we get this settled...

Recently purchased an under sink water filtration system and called to have it installed. Paid the 69$ assessment/call out fee and was given a quote of over $1800 to install. Less than an hour of labor. Went with a different company who installed it for 200$

I had a problem with my water heater and called Michael & Son. The technician showed up on time and was friendly but wanted to charge me $689 to replace the burner assembly on a $400 water heater. Of course I wasn't going to pay that so I called the manufacturer looking for the part. Found out all I had to do is push the thermal reset button. Shouldn't the Michael and Son technician have known that? What's worse is I'm out $69 for a ""dispatch fee"". I know they have a reputation for being pricey but I didn't know they would try to rip me off.
