Great experience of all the times I've had them out at a bargain price often free under the membership plan I have with them. They've only been two visits when we've had any hiccups one was due to Internet connectivity where it said it wouldn't accept my card so I gave him a check and then found out I was double charged they fixed that immediately And the other time was a cleaning that wasn't done very well and they came back and fixed that no charge

Service requested: fix leaky toilet, peer into crawlspace to be sure there's no moisture/mold. They cleared everything, we paid for the service.
WEEKS later they're back for the same leaky toilet and discover it was never fixed and has been leaking the entire time!!! So M&S restoration come to rip out my entire bathroom floor, part of a hallway, and half the kitchen. They wrecked shop! Walls and furniture scratched by carelessness, baseboards trashed, a hole in the metal backdoor (nice and chilly now!), plywood and raised nail heads left exposed, thick dust and chunks of debris left behind..
Then I finally get new floors- the end is in sight- and M&S is scheduled to come back to reinstall the waterheater and toilet. They come back just for the waterheater and leave without checking to see if it had power. It did not. I call to have them come back for the water heater AND the toilet. They're schedule 2 different days, they come fix the water heater but the next day, they no call/no show for the toilet. Never ever ever again. I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but I am (almost) speechless!

I requested service via Michael & Sons website, to fix a leaking whole house instant hot water heater. I was surprised to see that I could get an appointment for the upcoming Saturday, which is very convenient. They sent out De'Montre to take a look. De'Montre assessed the problem - very corroded connectors - and replaced the corroded connectors and installed new PEX pipe. (I'm on a well and apparently have hard water.) All this within about an hour. De'Montre was very courteous and professional. The price I paid seemed very reasonable- being the weekend. I plan to use Michael & Sons again to do some maintenance on the heater. Very much recommend.

Don't use these guys. Called to fix a plumbing issue, charged over 400 dollars for it, it immediately broke again and they wouldn't come back to even check their own faulty work.

Your plumber, Damonte Ward, did an outstanding job for us! He saw that we needed to have our water cut off at the street meter, but we couldn't find the meter, which had been covered over with pachysandra. He looked and looked and also prodded the ground to find the metal plate. After about 30 minutes he found the plate and removed the vegetation, after which he completed his work. We are so grateful for his persistence and thoroughness!

I had a need to replace my water heater - They replaced my 50 gallon electric water heater with a 40 gallon water heater with a smart water heater with an integrated mixing valve. I now have 60 gallons of hot water heating only 40 gallons. What energy savings! And they replaced the water heater the same day! Thank you Michael and Son Services.
