This company only wants to get your money and your service. They could care less about customer service. BEWARE!!!! Had them install a total HVAC system in my home. Gave me 3 estimates (one on service I didn't ask for and was $$$$$$$). Had to make an decision and since their commercial is on TV all the time, i ASSUMED (you know what that means), that they weren't some run of the mill HVAC company and that they took pride in the work. Only thing they take pride in, is selling you a system, getting your money. THATS IT! Oh, don't call with any concerns, they will tell you, "" We're busy with other customers that need systems, your concern is low on our list"". Won't get another RED CENT from me or anyone I know, THAT'S FOR SURE!!!

The review would have gotten 1/5, but the actual technicians did a good job of installing the system. But these days, its all about $$$, not customer service.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!!

Where do I begin? I'll just stick with the main issue in that I had a drip coming from the shower. I called Michael and sons. They damaged my shower trim kit from the tools they used to remove the handle. After that, they didn't identify the proper shower cartridge for my shower. They told me it was Kohler and that they didn't have the part. Spent over 3 hours looking for the part, and was unsuccessful in finding it. I got back home, looked at the shower trim kit (based off advice we got at Ferguson) to see if we could identify who the manufactured was and it was a DANZE. Why didn't their plumber do that!? Just be careful when using them as they have been very rude and shady towards me when coming to a resolution for them messing up.

If your technician is Christian D Guerrero do not let him in your home! We scheduled a duct cleaning and he ruined the molding in our new home we just moved in to less than a month ago! No one from Michael and Son is returning any of my phone calls or emails. Also, why did he feel it was necessary to walk on my workout mat a deliberately leave foot prints in an area of the home where there's no vents or ducts in the vicinity? Truly a incompetent technician and company. Stay away, you have been warned.

Please, under no circumstances should you do business with this company. In spite of being a ""home care customer"" (paying for the privilege of priority service), Michael and Sons has failed to show up for two consecutive days for two scheduled appointments. I've spent over an hour on hold with their customer service reps transferring me to incorrect departments, dropping calls and providing dishonest information. The managers are unable to help either (special FYI to Rasheed - your voicemail is full).

Throughout the years I have not had a good experience with service techs from other businesses trying to fix my Trane AC. After a recent bad experience I called Michael & Sons. Jacob and Terry came to my rescue. They were so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about my AC. Jacob diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done to repair the AC. He had it up and running in no time. I had completely lost faith in good customer service and Jacob renewed that faith. Kudos to Michael & Sons for having such wonderful employees. Even calling customer service was a pleasant experience. Thanks Jacob for being so kind and making everything in my home cool again. I joined their Gold Plan which is such a good deal to maintain my HVAC and these are the people you want doing it.

I wish I could give them zero stars to be honest! They arrived on Tuesday morning in a huge van but didn't have any equipment to fix my ordinary shower leak (which we had discussed by phone). They promised me they would be back by 10 AM the next morning knowing I had to leave town by 3 PM am- nobody showed up I called five times to see where the plumber was -they had a difficult time reaching him through the dispatcher - on top of which they kept hanging up on me and blaming ""the connection"". At the end of virtually two days of trying to get a plumber to my house before I left town- the couldn't manage to show up!
The best they could do was ask me if I wanted to reschedule and give me some minor discount. No thank you!!! never used this company before will never try again!

I wouldn't recommend Michael and Son for plumbing or heating. I doubt their technicians would follow plumbing or heating and cooling standards if their adherence to driving is barometer. Driver in 1099 van failed to use a blinker, wasn't paying attention, turned into a lane where my vehicle was traveling and almost hit me. Good thing I was paying attention.

Contacted Michael's and sons to repair my HVAC unit and they said they would arrive between 2-4 pm.
No call/No Show......so I called them 1 hour later (5 pm) and they were full of excuses as to why they did not arrive to my home.
I will never use their service again.....
I gave them 1 star for answering the telephone.

The plumber showed up with no gloves on and had the nerve to sit on my furniture! He replaced a faucet and TOOK the old faucet. The faucet is a touch less faucet with a $700 retail value. I called Michael & Son when I realized it was gone (about an hour later because I spent a ton of time and supplies disinfecting the area). They assured me someone would call the next day. I have literally called multiple times every day since and every time I'm promised that someone will call back. I ended up filing a police complaint. I am supremely disappointed that the company has not yet contacted me. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. I specifically chose Michael & Son for their supposed professionalism and covid 19 safety procedures. Never again!

Beware choosing this company! They are hands down one of the worst organizations we have ever had to deal with -- from their disrespectful and dismissive customer service (including managers) to their technical staff who promises one thing but come up empty handed. We wouldn't recommend them to anyone -- even in the most desperate of plumbing/HVAC situations. Remember, you've been warned.
