Very easy to get on the phone with a service rep and schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment to have a technician come out to look at our master bathroom the next day from a window of 1-3:30 pm. At 3:25 I receive a call from the technician telling me that he would not be able to come out and tells me that another team will have to come out because he does not ""do odors""?? Very unprofessional , do not recommend.

Avoid at all cost! They charged double what Fry plumbing did. They never provided a quote, and they installed a part that was not needed. Do not use Michael and Son for any of your needs. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

One thing I will say about M&S is that they are easy to get on the phone and their reps have great customer service. Their service techs are also always professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get same-day service for a plumbing issue. Jason M. quickly diagnosed my problems and helped me understand how to repair the issues. Both issues simply required the replacement of a worn part. I decided to do it on my own because the bad side of M&S is that their prices are unconscionable. (Although, perhaps they're standard prices for the region.) They wanted $325 to replace a part ($17 from Amazon) I replaced myself in under 1 hr, and over $100 to replace a ~$3 part I'm going to replace in under 3 minutes. Depending on your issue, you might have M&S professionals diagnose your problem and then fix it on your own.

My service today with Michael and Son by Rakeem Shannon was very excellent I rate him as a 10 he did a good job explaining everything about the recommendations that he seen he td me about the products I was not interested in the things that he told me I needed to get at the time but he did a excellent job explaining it I would definitely recommend Rakeem in the near future he was phenomenal
