Marlon from Michael & Sons came out and efficiently (speedily), but respectfully, checked for a water line behind my basement rental refrigerator and then explained how an ice machine could be installed inside the freezer.

Fast service.. But parts are truly over priced...I had a Capacitor go bad in my A/C, they charged me well over $300 for a part that cost less then $16 direct from warehouse... I don't mind spending money for good service, but that's a crazy price difference..

Pleasant to deal with from first phone call. Service Rep, Ian patiently explained each portion even tho in the end unable to help my out dated unit. But he followed up quickly with a possible solution which will be given complete free overview in a few days. The only negative is they do not work with home/household warranty. But the end result just may be the better solution. I will have a better idea on Tuesday. PS the service call & diagnostic is not much more than the deductible the home warranty expects. Even if the home warranty does not reimburse me, i feel Michael & Sons was a great choice to diagnose my HVAC.

Luis came in and went straight to work, very professional and knowledgeable about the two AC/Heating systems in my home. Took care of me with a u drain system so the unit would shut off in the event of a drain blockage.

Ian Bundick did the Spring maintenance checkup for my HVAC system. Ian was efficient, professional and well versed in my AC system. He explained what was done and made recommendations to replace the dual duty capacitor. I was very impressed with him and hope to see him for future inspections.
