I was extremely happy with my service from Michael and Son. I called to have a pipe fixed that was leaking behind my drywall. My technician, Porfirio, did an excellent job with the repair. The price was very reasonable as well.

I was particularly pleased with the fact that Porfirio took time to explain how the plumbing system was set up in my house and what he was doing to make the repair. As someone who likes to DIY home improvements/fixes when possible to save money, it was nice to learn a little bit through this experience. He even called me back on the phone after my appointment to help triage a water pressure issue, which I was able to resolve myself.

I will definitely be using this company in the future for my plumbing needs.

The tech showed up when he was scheduled. I received texts and calls providing updates on his arrival time. When he arrived, he was very professional and clearly knew his trade (I'm not a plumber but I've grew up in the trades and understand the mechanics). I am confident that the water heater and workmanship are worth the price and this new water heater will provide 25+ years of service like the old one did.

I was yelled at by an employee with Racial Slurs, called the company immediately, was treated by a very friendly young lady who was compassionate to my complaint. She took my information and said she would be sure to have someone call me back. This occurred just prior to noon. NO one called me back. I guess racism is not that valuable to management. Again, the original call taker was compassionate. Just not to those higher up.

Jalen Gorham, the HVAC technician, was professional, courteous and helpful. He fully explained his actions, asked if I had any questions. He was pleasant to talk to. In and out in less than an hour! Thank you.

I also had a plumbing inspection done by Elijah Hawkins. He was extremely knowledgeable on all things plumbing! He was very patient and educational to myself and my wife. He explained how things work and pointed out areas that we should be watchful for. There were no questions that he couldn't answer. He taught us about water PSI levels, anode rods, water heater flushes, expansion tanks, etc.
Of course, I had to use ChatGPT to confirm what he told us: he was 100% spot on!
He replaced a pressure reducing valve. We had no idea what that was until he explained in detail what it does and how it functions. Now, all of our faucets and showers are steady stream! No more variations!

Adam was awesome. I was getting my floors done when he came. He covered his boots to protect my floors. He explained everything in depth and even sent me pics afterwards. I appreciated his knowledge.
