Scheduling the appointment was easy and with no long wait. Zuala arrived on time and was very thorough looking at our three issues and presenting different options. No high pressure sales. Thorough job fixing the issue we asked him to fix. Nice guy. I can't speak to price comparison as I didn't get any other quotes.

I called to have my clogged drain line cleared. It was about 7 PM. I was told there would be a $169.00 emergency dispatch service fee. And if I went forward with the work the $169.00 would Not be applied to the bill. And when I asked for an estimate of the work I was told they do not give estimates over the phone. So that would mean if a technician came to my house and told me it was going to be much higher than what others charge and I said no I would still be on the hook for the $169.00. The person on the phone was condescending and interrupted me several times. She wouldn't even ask someone for a rough estimate. So beware. You may end up paying a lot of money just to find out their prices are too high.

communicated clearly and promptly. let me know he was arriving a little early. very professional. made the work look easy. he did it all in about 2.5 hours. if I had tackled it myself, I would have taken 3 days, and I would have done a crap job. I definitely would call again, and may soon for some other work I need done.

We had an emergency plumbing situation after hours with a bathroom fixture, and Michael and Son came to our rescue. Our technician Matt was at the house within 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic service, and we will be using them again (though hopefully it'll be more planned service and not an emergency). Thanks so much!

I had a new system installed in February 2023, while the salesman was very nice and explained what would be happening next I was shocked when the new system was installed and in May when temperatures started to rise, the air conditioner was running all day and the temperatures in the house stayed at 73 or 74. I would turn the AC down to 68° and yet the air conditioner stayed at 73 or four I then noticed water damage where a new vent was placed in my kitchen. The service man has been out three times so far to check the system and states that 74° in a house is acceptable my thermostat is saying there is a cooling issue because the temperature is rising instead of lowering when air conditioner is running the general manager called and was so condescending and treated me like I was dumb and talked down to me so funny how they can take your money and be nice, but once it's time to stand behind their equipment, they become so disgusting I am currently waiting for the general managers boss to call me at this time. I do not recommend this company and wish that we had gone elsewhere.
