The tech who came out was knowledgeable and helpful although he was sent out with little to know information on the issue, water heater model info and definitely no parts to repair. As a service professional for many years, if you want to truly help your customers. Get as much info upfront as possible on the issue and appliance you are working on as well as having parts ready for the suspected issue rather than blindly rolling a truck out with no info or parts and then trying to charge a service fee to tell them what they already know and leaving them worse off !

Second time I have used Michael & Sons for some plumbing work. Both times Lal was the plumber that came. He arrived on time, super nice, presented a few options for the repair, and completed the repair quickly

Like I said, I didn't really shop around so I can't comment on their cost, but they do great work and are easy to work with

Christopher, Perform Manufacturer Recommended Annual Routine Maintenance, I have no issue with the technician. I paid in cash, was told preferred credit card ,has no change. The price was different from what I was quoted when I made my appointment. I was told it would only be $49.99,including tax. I was never told that I couldn't pay with cash. So I was missed informed.

We had our heating System Serviced to get ready for the winter. The technician, Katelynd, was very quick, very professional, and still quite personable -- without descending into a lot of time-wasting chit-chat. So Happy it is done. The price was very reasonable. Of course, if you wait till Winter, it will be higher. I recommend this to everyone.

Lau Zuala did a fantastic job on my sink! He tidyied up before leaving, explained what he was doing and why, was wonderful with my annoying dogs and was pleasant and courteous thru out his time. Also, he did it quickly and my drain works Great!
