We had our heating System Serviced to get ready for the winter. The technician, Katelynd, was very quick, very professional, and still quite personable -- without descending into a lot of time-wasting chit-chat. So Happy it is done. The price was very reasonable. Of course, if you wait till Winter, it will be higher. I recommend this to everyone.

Lau Zuala did a fantastic job on my sink! He tidyied up before leaving, explained what he was doing and why, was wonderful with my annoying dogs and was pleasant and courteous thru out his time. Also, he did it quickly and my drain works Great!

I tried to fix my toilet on my own. Epic fail! I have family visiting for the Labor Day weekend and needed a professional to fix the toilet. Luckily, Michael & Son could fit me in today. They sent me a text message once my appointment was confirmed notifying me of my technician. I appreciate the extra safety and care that they exhibit toward their customers. This helps to verify the identity of the technician who arrives.

Ryan called and said he could come earlier. He arrived about 20 minutes later. He was dressed in a uniform, used shoe covers to avoid tracking any dirt in the house, and was friendly. He looked at my issue, walked me through the solution, and provided a quote. They charge for the work task, not by the hour so you know and understand what your final bill will be when the work is complete. If you accept the work, they proceed. He finished pretty quickly. Ryan cleaned up all the water and even put the floor mat back in place that I moved prior to his arrival. The work also comes with a warranty.

I have used Michael & Son for electrical work, but now I can attest that they are just a great company all around. I would highly recommend them for any home need that you want done right the first time.
