I provided all the details on the message request, then they sent a message saying call for a free estimate then I called and the person didn't even know where Brentwood was and said it would be an $89 dispatch charge to come out to give a ""free"" estimate?!?!?! I upped the review to 4 stars because the owner reached out and said the receptionist made an error and they would not charge the $89.

Tyler came to our house to inspect our mainline sewer as we were having repeated backup issues. He was knowledgeable and no nonsense, diagnosed the problem, and got us a quick estimate on the necessary fix. Michael Shaver Plumbing will be our first call for any future plumbing issues. Did a good job of cleaning out a sewer line. Also ran a camera down it to locate approximately where the problem was and the route of the line( I always thought it went straight out to the street, but apparently took a dog leg to the side street.

Pleased with the service, I thought it a bit high on the pricing but they responded quickly and showed up on time, so I guess worth it.

Being fairly new to the area and not knowing who to call for my septic to be cleaned out, I searched yp Mobile. I called 3 different plumbing/ septic companies. And Michael Shaver was the only one to call me back. I was unable to answer due to being at work, so we scheduled through text for the next day! Robert Oliver was out technician and he was right on time!! He was a very nice man, and cleaned up after he was done, gave suggestions on what to use in our septic to break down the solids, then was on his way. The price was right too! We'll definitely be calling this company back for any plumbing/ septic needs!

I had an issue with my septic system. They sent a tech out right way who diagnosed and repaired the issue. Recommended other work that was needed. Come back and completed the job the next week.
Two week later they came back with a crew and dirt to restore my yard from minor damage caused. It was raining hard when the repairs were done and the equipment damaged some grass.
They were very apologetic set a date to come out communicated great through the entire process.
Great people, great works and pricing!

Ben is a plumbing saint. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. For real, he could have told me my sink needed a new carburetor and cost-efficient back-flow piping system and I would have said maybe I need 2.

This company is not like that. Ben spoke so highly of the owner and everyone he works with and the 'Jesus Fish' isn't a gimmick...this spiritual based company really pays it forward and stands by their work for the good of the community.

I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh.

I don't recommend breaking a pipe or causing a leak to find out how GREAT this company is, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plumbing company to everyone needing an expert plumbing saint. I most definitely recommend for those of us who are plumbing illiterate--you will in very good hands and you
will be pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I bought a house in Gallatin and needed some repairs and new toilets. Vincent was great. He walked me through everything I had a concern about and came up with a good solution to an unusual situation. Due to the age of the house and the current pipes starting to crack, I asked them to take care of it all. It was a major job which they got right on it and within 2 days everything was completed. In this time where it's hard to get materials and everyone is so busy, I was impressed with the timeliness, professionalism of all who worked on the house (4 people), and how well Vincent kept me informed on what they were doing. Thanks guys!
