Ben is a plumbing saint. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. For real, he could have told me my sink needed a new carburetor and cost-efficient back-flow piping system and I would have said maybe I need 2.

This company is not like that. Ben spoke so highly of the owner and everyone he works with and the 'Jesus Fish' isn't a gimmick...this spiritual based company really pays it forward and stands by their work for the good of the community.

I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh.

I don't recommend breaking a pipe or causing a leak to find out how GREAT this company is, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plumbing company to everyone needing an expert plumbing saint. I most definitely recommend for those of us who are plumbing illiterate--you will in very good hands and you
will be pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I bought a house in Gallatin and needed some repairs and new toilets. Vincent was great. He walked me through everything I had a concern about and came up with a good solution to an unusual situation. Due to the age of the house and the current pipes starting to crack, I asked them to take care of it all. It was a major job which they got right on it and within 2 days everything was completed. In this time where it's hard to get materials and everyone is so busy, I was impressed with the timeliness, professionalism of all who worked on the house (4 people), and how well Vincent kept me informed on what they were doing. Intitial meeting was great! The plumber that came out was knowledgeable, nice and on time. That's where the praise ends. We scheduled to have the service done a week later. 30 minutes before they were to start the project they called to say that the city would require an inspector to walk thru BEFORE issuing a plumbing permit, and that they would need to reschedule for next week. I called the city to see why they were requiring this, only to be told that they did not say that nor do they need to come do a walk thru until the jobs complete. The man for the city went a step farther to say that the reason the permit was denied was because the plumbers license was expired!! When I called to ask why they told me that I had the pleasure (sarcasm) of speaking to the owner Michael Shaver. He was rude, unapologetic, spoke loudly and constantly so I couldn't get a word in. And came up with excuses that I'm sure he thought I would buy, since I'm a woman, or some BS like that. We were willing to go with them even though their price was by far the highest. They should've dealt with the permit DAYS ago, NOT 30 minutes Before. I'm huge on customer service and Michael, you are the worst!

Over the last couple of weeks I've had two visits from Michael Shaver Plumbing. The techs are great, very professional. They did a good job, even correcting the install of a sink and shower a different plumber did wrong last year. They came very quickly, on the same day I called and within a couple of hours. Now my sink is correctly installed and my main line is flowing freely! Definitely my new plumber.

What a pleasure doing business with this company. Called at 3:00 Friday afternoon, Michael Shaver (owner) answered the phone immediately and told me he would have someone there within 2 hours and that the plumber would call when he was a half hour away. (Might I add that this was not an emergency call, I just happened to discover a leak under the kitchen sink). Josh was there within an hour, having called when he was a 1/2 hour out as promised. Josh was an absolute professional and both my husband and I enjoyed standing in the kitchen talking to him as he laid under the kitchen sink fixing the problem. I only wish all service people and company owners showed the amount of professional that Michael and Josh did. I highly recommend this company (and would ask for Josh!) and thank them and wish them all the best! Hope we don't have too many plumbing problems, but will only call this company in the future, knowing that they are the best of the best!

The company did come back to put in correct toilet, mount the flexible pipe to floor joist after we called. But the thing is we had to call. Paying $3100 to ai company for these two things we should not have had to call them. I suggest folks to call a good handy man that can do this type of work for you. $$$$

Called for a problem with a vent on a water heater at 9 PM I was impressed that they showed up at 10:30 PM to fix the problem. Unfortunately, they did not have the part I needed so they told me they would be back in the morning to fix they problem. However, they never came back. I called them and they said that the part was unavailable and they did not schedule any further service for me. I wasted a whole day waiting for a service tech that never showed up.

Our hotwater wasn't working in one of our bathrooms and some of our faucets had really weak water pressure. I called Michael Shaver plumbing and they showed up the next morning. They were on time and super professional. They gave me an estimate prior to doing work and I was pleasantly surprised with their price. I will definitely use them as my go to plumber now.

The tech, Sean, was prompt and very professional. I was really disappointed that I was charged a ""dispatch fee"" on top of the repair. Paid $297 for a clog less than 2 feet from the sink. Far more time was spent with Sean taking calls than clearing this drain.

Pricing alone will stop me from going back.

No Hot Water is not a problem for these guys.
In and out quickly, just in time for me to get a much needed Hot Shower.
I'm happy with their cost, communication and repairs, this crew was awesome.
