Overcharged for time 100% (1.5 hour instead of 45 min). Luckily I measured arrival and departure time. When I told him that time was overcharged he changed invoice, said something about his tech made a mistake but still charged for a minimum of 1 hour. This was never discussed before.

Honest, reliable and knowledgeable service. Fixed a leak on pipes by replacing the damaged section at 10th of the cost of another company who wanted to replace the entire house plumbing.

I called Michael Rossi Plumbing when our Noritz tankless water heater totally failed, he responded later same day (Sunday), he scheduled a man to repair unit the next morning. Man showed up on time, once cover was off water heater, showed him factory replacement parts from manufacturer, said he wasn't trained for this model. He spoke with his boss, Michael Rossi, put cover back on, and couldn't leave fast enough. I called Michael again, he echoed what tech had stated. yet Michael Rossi Plumbing shows Noritz certified on his web site. . . I provided both the model and serial number, so no legit excuse for not being prepared, and giving misleading expectations. I called Noritz tech support to confirm another Noritz certified plumber, in my area. Hoping to get repair later today, as now day 2 with no hot water. Very disappointed, and a waste of our valuable time.

Michael Rossi Plumbing has responded right away on several occasions when I have called with an unexpected plumbing problem. The quality of the work is excellent and the price reasonable. On a recent problem a member of the work crew arrived within an hour to quickly fix a clogged pipe.
I also used this business a couple of years ago on a larger bathroom remodeling project. The crew arrived when promised and completed their work quickly so that the project proceeded on schedule. This is the first number I call with any plumbing questions or problem. I also plan to call Michael Rossi for my next residential project.
After several experiences I can strongly recommend this small family owned business that has served the Santa Monica and Los Angeles area for over 20 years.

I had a main water line leak, and Mike Rossi was to give an estimate between 10AM and 11AM the next day. I texted him to see if he could come earlier; no response, finally called him at just before 11AM making sure he was coming as I still had not heard from him despite the text and he then finally responded by texting back ""exit closed had to pass on the project"". Obviously a main water line leak is a big issue; his flakey behavior wasted precious time, was irresponsible and showed a basic lack of professionalism; I would not recommend him, and thankfully he didn't come as I wouldn't want someone like that working for me.

When I was younger I worked in the construction business and I refered clients to Michael many times. Not once did any one say a bad thing about the quality of his work only the highest praise. These guys are awesome! They came to the rescue and fixed my howling pipes. Actually I have a tankless water heater and after several years of use it needed to be cleaned out and serviced. I called Noritz and they suggested Michael Rossi Plumbing since MRP is Noritz certified. A MRP rep came to my house within a day of my call, serviced my tankless and gone are the howling pipes. The guy was very professional and provided me with excellent service. He was in and out of my house in less than two hours and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use these guys again when I have a plumbing issue.
