Michael is great at what he does. We called 3 technicians prior to him, none could fix our issue leaving us a bill. Michael fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. He is very knowledgable, professional, easy to work, very clean with his work and pays great attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of any plumbing service.

i have used several other local Plumbing (CP, YP... i do not want to list the full name here) and had terrible experiences in one way or another. It is soooooo difficult to find a good, reliable, fair-priced, professional, competent Plumbing service and i am so relieved to have found Michael Prater Plumbing.

He handled several Plumbing issues that i had (shower, toilet and kitchen sink faucet), water shut off, etc. I must add that i was out of the country at the time that these repairs were needed. He handled everything timely, efficiently and at a super fair price. He is simply the BEST!

I just tried him for the first time today and he is already the #1 on my all time list of plumbers. I had three repairs (in the kitchen and bathroom) to get done and he did well done, in record time and charged me much less than I thought it would be.
Plus, he is a really nice guy. Very polite and empathetic.
I am sure there are other good services out there but he gotta be one of the best. I definitely recommend Michael

I phoned Michael after I noticed a small amount of water coming from under my washing machine after having done laundry on a weekend. He answered my call promptly and came out a couple days later. He thoroughly inspected my connections, drain, and washing machine. Fortunately for me, he didn't find anything amiss and surmised that maybe my drain just got overwhelmed since I may have had the dishwasher & shower going at the same time as doing laundry. He only charged me a nominal fee for the service check. Turns out he was right . . . I did several loads of laundry today without any water on the floor at all! Michael seemed incredibly competent, knowledgeable, and polite. When I need a plumber again, I will definitely phone Michael Prater!

EMERGENCY!!!

We needed to replace our washer so we were taking out the old one. The hot and cold washer valves were so old that they were fused in the on position- they started leaking and wouldn't stop! We called Michael and he was over within an hour- he fixed those valves with shiny new ones at the best price we found! Very grateful for his professionalism, promptness, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Just had Michael Prater out to take a look at an issue with our toilet that has the tank set in the wall. No plumbing repair was needed but he took time to inspect and explain the possible resolutions for our concerns. Great guy, very helpful and returned contact calls fast. We plan to have him come back for another bathroom project.

He just installed a new bathroom sink faucet for us, even added new pipes and trap and did it all for the price he quoted, in a very short time.
