During the summer of 2019, we developed a leak in our master bathroom shower that caused damage to the ceiling on our first floor. We called Michael Paul Plumbing based on recommendations from several people on local social media groups and they came out within 48 hours and fixed the problem.

A year later, the leak reoccurred. This time, Mike, the owner, came out to inspect and correct the problem. The issue is actually caused by a weak subfloor that will eventually require a carpenter. In the meanwhile, Mike corrected the leak, allowing us time to address the larger structural issue. He refused any payment, standing behind the warranty on the earlier work of his crew. This kind of professionalism and integrity is refreshing and very much appreciated!

After all the rains in the past few days we had major water backing up in our drain to the sump pump and leaking into our garage. We got MIke's name from a friend and called him on a Sunday night with the hopes he could come out on Monday. He showed up Sunday night in less than an hour, pumped all the water out, diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't charge us a fortune for an emergency Sunday night call. Service was top-notch! We will definitely use him again if we ever need plumbing services!

Michael Paul Plumbing is a pleasure to work with. We are preparing our house for sale and our buyers had some major requests after the inspection. Mike was nice enough to look at the pictures from the inspection report and provide an estimate via email. There were a couple of false starts on our end when the sale was in jeopardy, but when we were finally ready to schedule the work they were able to give us an appointment on short notice. Mike was so great, very efficient and professional. We found a gas pipe leak in our basement on Friday at 4 pm. We were to leave on our vacation that evening. I called over 15 plumbers. All of them would not come out until Monday or Tuesday. I finally found Mike's company around 5 pm. He came over in half an hour to fix the pipes. He checked everything to make sure that it was all fixed.
Mike gave us a great vacation, not having to worry about the gas leak and able to take our vacation as planned.

In the last year and a half we've worked with Mike to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. I met with 3 plumbers before I met Mike, but Mike ultimately got our business because he gave honest and thorough explanations about what work needed to be done and our various options.
