Our basement sump pump died during a massive thunderstorm. Water was rushing in the basement and we hand to hand bail out the sump pit, as we called desperately around for a local plumber to come out on Labor Day to replace the pump--because rain was predicted to continue all day. Michael O'Kane was one of the only companies that was willing to come out and help. Bob called me back and came to our house within an hour, brought a new pump with him and installed it within 20 minutes. Extremely professional and nice---we will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs. Thanks again.
