Kimberly K.I called several days ago. He agreed the work could be done. We scheduled for Thursday at 4pm. He called on Wed. (same guy-Michael Scott) to ask who we were and had we scheduled? We informed him about Thurs. Now it's Thursday and it is 5pm. We just called him and he had to look at his phone, realized that we had scheduled for today with him and now he wants a picture of what needs to be done. He is either drunk, high or stupid.
