Solid guy. I was unable when he came over so I had my brother work with Michael when he arrived. We had an issue with our shower fader and unable to unscrew a retainer for our stem value. He took care of it fairly easily and my brother said he was very friendly and answered all questions. I would recommend and will likely call him for future concerns.

Came here quick, and performed the work quickly as well. Michael needed to open a wall, but patched it so well didn't need to get a separate dry wall person, and left a clean area.

ABOVE & BEYOND !! Washer drain was overflowing into utility closet. Micheal was able to come out that day, test it and fix it. We were talking about another 'water' issue i was having in the utility closet close to my HVAC. For months to the right of the HVAC the floor would get wet. I'd had a roofer out and all the flashing was fine, HVAC guy said no water from there, I was at a loss. Micheal took off the cover to the coils and they were not draining correctly. He had some tool that was able to go back and pull out dog hair that was clogging the drain holes (I foster for Good Shepherd German Shepherds Rescue and I have a large Pittbull and Rottweiler). I had many folks look at that issue and none were able to help! Michael when far beyond my drain issue, and did not charge me any extra - I could not be happier with his talent, customer service and customer care!!!!

This has been one of the worst service experiences I can ever recall. Please STAY AWAY!! from this guy. He charged us almost $200 bucks for wrongly diagnosing a leak in our Ceiling. I ended up spending another $200 because of his incorrect diagnosis. After almost four months we are still suffering with the Leak I would avoid this guy at all costs. Hiring him is like flushing your dollars down the drain. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this Guy. I don't think he should be allowed to fleece any more people.

Exceptional work and service. Michael has done two hot water heaters for me in the last year, both because of acute issues with them leaking. He is prompt to return calls and keeps commitments. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My 'go to' company for plumbing issues. He has done other work for me as well, even teaching me how to fix smaller issues.

Highly Recommend Michael Hairston. Michael quickly responds to requests and is a straight shooter. His pricing is fair and reasonable. I've used his services twice. The first for a broken shower head and the second for a leaking outside faucet. Each issue was resolved quickly. Plumbers can be a hit or miss. With Michael it's definitely a "HIT".

I called and I thought I had a slab leak. The bigger jobs get referred to Jesse who is a master plumber that works with Michael. Jesse was awesome! Turns out that I had a blockage! Jesse took care of that in short order. Then I had him check out a couple other things. He was honest, knowledgable and quick to follow-up on the phone. We found our plumber!

I had some warping in a cabinet and wasn't sure if it was old or evident of a new leak. In my previous home we had a leak and had to rip out the whole kitchen so I'm very sensitive to these things! Michael came out the very next day after I called, and was so nice and professional. He determined that it was not an active leak. He was understanding of my prior experience so for peace of my mind had me put a paper towel in the back of the cabinet. If it absorbs any moisture then I'll be calling him again! Seriously the nicest and most helpful service technician I've encountered. Highly recommend.

We used Michael in the past. He is honest. He is good at what he does. He does not do extra work if it's not needed, and doesn't create extra work in order to make more money. A+++++ Service. Michael was quick to return his calls with in a very reasonable amount of time. His estimate to install a new water heater that I needed was far less than other estimates, and for a namebrand heater. He didn't increase his price once he got here or after he was done. He didn't give me any BS or try to upsell anything.

He gave me a two hour time window that he would show up and he showed up about five minutes before the time started. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take to install the heater and he got that done a little before then.

He seems to be the type plumber that will give you a fair and reasonable price and will not try to upsell you want anything. He'll tell you exactly what you need or what he suggests you do and then it's up to you to accept his recommendation.

If you need plumbing work, a water heater installation, etc., read over a couple other reviews here on yelp and then give Michael a call. In fact, you can save yourself a lot of time and money by just calling him directly without researching a lot of other companies. But, do your due diligence, look at other reviews on other providers and then give Michael a call!
