Toilet valve & fill replacements. Michael did a great job at a fair price. He was very responsive when I called. Appointment was set for the following day. He replaced 2 toilet fill valves and 1 external valve. He arrived on time and took the time to answer all of my questions as to the functions of each product. I found him very easy to talk to and I learned a lot about the parts of a toilet. I would gladly recommend him and will have him on speed dial should a plumbing need arise in the future.

Mr Michael Hairston is personable, professional, and skilled. I called the main office and received a call back within 24 hours. We had a bit of phone tag but eventually confirmed an appointment about 3 business days from my call.

He worked on a broken shower pipe, hard to turn knob, washer pipe unable to drain, and a stuck backyard hose. The drain did require him to go onto the roof and he was successful in clearing the drain. He was onsite for about 3 hours and the price was reasonable and as expected.

He was confident, friendly, respectful, and thorough in explaining the problem and options. The work he did was quick and direct. I recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
