Had a issue with my boiler and had no heat. It was on a Sunday and he came right out. He was very professional and curtious. Had me up and running with in 5 hours of my call.

Contacted Mr. Freitas about a water heater that let go in the weekend and he was very courteous to answer. But wanted to conduct business via text. Water heater brand, model was exchanged and Date of visit was arranged. Day before the appointment I contacted him and ask him if he had the water heater, he hadn't made the order, in which he estated that he will call in the morning day of. Call him on the day of the appointment to verify he had it, and he had to order it for next day. I had already taken the day off and he wanted to push the date, and Wanted a picture of the whole tank. Given that I took the day off and was traveling from work and I was on my way I told him to come anyway to check it out. Once he got there he saw that the unit was not just a water heater but also the Heating system this was (told to him via text) the pipe conduits are PVC He did not want to do it. because it was too complicated for him nor wanted to deal with the PVC piping. Work was not provided and time was wasted, yes both sides time. Business over text is not a business. and he doesn't work on a weekend than don't answer.
