I live in Jupiter. I called to have a kitchen faucet changed out. I knew I had other plumbing things to have done (new outside hose faucets, changing out a water shutoff valve and fixing a shutoff valve under a sink that only worked a bit). When the guys arrived (perfectly on time) I showed them the work I had requested and asked for their thoughts on the rest. After reviewing options they offered to just do it all now if I wanted (I have never been so happy). The cot was labor and parts (such a fair rate). They guys did awesome work. I couldn't appreciate them more for their professionalism and can do attitude (oh, and the work they did was A+ quality). Michael Caputo Plumbing is the only plumber in my cell phone now.

There aren't enough stars to rate this company. From our intial contact with Helen to a job done well by Ozzie, everythng went perfectly. First, Helen tried to identify the parts we required before assigning the job and even had us text her (to her own personal phone) a picture of the inside of the toilet. Then, she dispatched a gregarious and skilled technician to do the work. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and told us why we needed what he was replacing. During and after his work, he chatted at length with us and we found him to be quite amiable. He is from """"the islands"""" (think St. Kitts and U.S V.I.) and has quite an outgoing personality. We wouldn't use anyone but Caputo Plumbing if this is the type of person he hires. By the way, Ozzie has 30 plus years of experience in every aspect of plumbing, not just ordinary calls like us.

Caputo Plumbing performed the work in our renovation which included the install of an """"instant-hot"""" hot water heater. Unfortunately the product had a manufacturers defect and our unit suffered water damage. The problem was not with their work, but their handling thereafter. They literally tried to blame the resultant damage on whomever later turned the water on. I guess we were never to use the water or when we did, be responsible for the resultant damage. Mike Caputo, in closing our conversation called me an ass. Professional? I think not!
