I paid the company to come and service my Heater and AC and they came for heater but they won't come to service my AC and i paid them in advance.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are not honest

Doing a basement remodel and wanted to get some duct work moved as well as get some ""handy-man"" work that the previous homeowner had done fixed.

They made time in their schedule to come out and give me a quote the day after I called, talked me through the work to be done and had a quote sent over to me the same day.

The crew doing the work showed up on time, did excellent work and actually left the basement cleaner than when they got there.

I would definitely use them again.

Rip off costs. They say flat costs and don't tell upfront. They charged 265$ for replacing a part that costs 16$ at home Depot and it takes 10 min to install. When I asked about why it is so costly, tech said part is costly... I would never use them and recommend to stay away. After I paid the check, I realised the average costs for similar service and tried to talk to them. They were chuckling over the over charged fees and asked if I signed their pad as if u can't do anything now.. never been ripped off before.... Just trying to help community not to get ripped off again.

I found Michael Bonsby Plumbing through HomeAdvisor. I was in under a horribly tight deadline and cash crunch for a sewer line connection to an investment property which was already under contract. Joe Bonsby came out to the property the very next day, scoped the work in more detail than the other bidders, and was the lowest cost to boot! Joe worked professionally through all the property's challenges, and even stepped in to tackle one other plumbing issue for us at the last minute. He shepherded the permit through the (not so fun) process, and worked seamlessly with the contractor doing other last-minute work on the site. Joe is fabulous!!!! I highly recommend this company.

Rep was very knowledgeable about the technology and the services to be provided. He also was very personable and courteous. He did and provided science-based estimates on how many BTUs our new AC/heating unit would have to generate for the specific room size and wall and ceiling materials, then recommended the appropriate unit to do the job.

I was really excited to be supporting a local company when we decided to replace our HVAC unit. I completed the online form and received a response very quickly. They were able to schedule the appointment rather quick as well. My appointment time and and went with out the arrival or even a call from the tech. I sent an FYI email to the company hoping to receive some reason as to the techs no show. Nothing happened. The next day I was sent an email from the company to review my tech and his service. I was honest and asked to get a call back. Again nothing.

I have no idea if they are cheaper, better qualified or a great company to deal with, but I can tell you they don't show up or respond.

This company is amazing, informative and professional. I appreciate the salesperson who came to my home for his honesty in selecting my air conditioning units. He gave me info to make proper selection at the best price points possible.Bravo for that. I don't think you'll find this complete competency and courtesy in a service industry.

The team that installed my Mitsubishi split unit system were absolutely fabulous. I can't say enough about how helpful and conscientious they were. Juan explained everything to me so I could understand and explained the days work in advance. The crew worked quickly and efficiently without any issues. Juan consulted with me everyday about where I wanted the units placed and how to maintain them. He was so generous with his time and expertise. I can't recommend them enough. Perfect experience.

Joe has saved my day! I had this sump pump running every two mins for couple of days and the other plumbing company wanted to me to wait couple of more day. Joe showed up in less than 30 mins, found the issue, called the WSSC and waited there till they found out the root cause of all the water.
He's a real PRO. I'll hire him again, and will keep recommending his company to everyone around.

Last week one of my toilet's pipes started leaking, I leave in Rockville so I wanted somebody local that could quickly attend this matter.
I called Michael Bonsby Plumbing and spoke with Joe; he rapidly told me what to do while diverting his route to me.
20 minutes later Joe was in my house taking care of the problem.
His 20 year experience gives him IMO an edge over competition; price was reasonable and to my surprise he didn't charge me extra for the emergency call.
We even discussed couple of projects for both of my bathroom that he suggested.
I will definitely continue to use Joe Bonsby for my Plumbing needs.
