Two appointments in a row that they simply did not show up for. Six hours that I had to schedule for them, all wasted. Not once did they ever contact me, and their phone numbers all just go straight to voicemail. Unprofessional, unreliable, and just plain awful. Avoid this company like the plague.

This company is as good as it gets. They are prompt and courteous and the installation is first class and very professional. They don't just sell heating, cooling and appliances, their main product is COMFORT.

Love them! I've used them for years, they've replaced my furnace, installed central air, replaced my garbage disposal and my hot water tank, and fixed my dishwasher.

Worst service ever... scheduled to come out to fix hot water tank... the tech came out on a Thurs and was friendly, advised it was a bad thermostat.. said the replacement would be in tomorrow. He came back Friday evening and after shutting the water off, draining the tank amd removing the thermostat, he said it was the wrong part. Rather than putting everything back together, he took the part with him. With him doing that, we have had no water... he said the parts should be in within 1 to 2 days. Since then it has been nothing but a run around when calling their office and excuse after excuse as to why they don't have the part in. It has now been over a week and they still have not fixed the issue...
