I had a faucet in the kitchen that wasn't getting any water pressure. Micah came out and took it apart and found it was the cartridge. He said would be cheaper to order the part rather than put the new faucet on( that I had bought just in case) they are ordering part for me and will return to install.
This type of honesty and customer service is refreshing! I will definitely use him again as well as recommend his services for anyone needing a plumber!

If they had an option for 6 stars they would get it. We had shifty plumbing work done by J&K plumbing for a kitchen sink leak, after hearing from J&K that we broke the sink ourselves our warranty would not cover the repair. We finally called Micah's honest plumbing, Micah was in and out in no time and fixed the issue not only that he only charged us the amount we would have paid through our warranty. Now if that's not stand up service I don't know what is. Do yourself a favor and use Micah's honest plumbing for all your needs.

I needed a second opinion after trying another plumbing company who told me that I needed my living room jack hammered and my main sewer line repaired. They said roots had broken the pipes, that was Waterman Plumbing. Please do not use them. Use Micah's Honest Plumbing, they sent their camera man out and he went through a much more detailed process I found out there was absolutely nothing wrong with my pipes other than a normal clogged sink! There are zero roots, zero breaks in any part of my line. Not only that, I have NO pipes under my living room floor! So they would jackhammer my floor for nothing at Waterman!!! Thank GOD for Jennifer and Micah, they are truly honest and trustworthy. Bless them.

This is an outstanding, family-owned plumbing business based in Allen. The owner/operator, Micah, is very customer oriented and clearly puts a priority on customer service at a fair price as exemplified by my recent experience.

He responded promptly to our request for assistance with a plugged drain and quoted a fair price. He addressed the problem to our satisfaction. Later, we discovered another drain that was not flowing properly. After we called back to request additional help, he came that evening after hours and cleared what turned our to be a difficult blockage involving the other drain that we had not known about that day or explained to him. He refused our offer of additional payment for that extra service.

What a refreshing experience in this era of over-priced, undependable home services!

I would highly recommend Micah's Honest Plumbing for any plumbing work and would rate 6 stars if possible. They were prompt in returning phone calls and agreed to call before coming out so I could quickly come home from work vs waiting for a 4 hour window. I was unsure of the extent of the repairs needed but was provided a quick ballpark estimate after exchanging few text and picture messages (I had already opened up the wall). No other plumbing companies that were called before Micah's could come close to this level of service.

I had a follow up issue a few weeks later that was completely unrelated to the first broken pipe. When Micah wasn't able to respond as quickly as initially thought due to a vehicle breakdown they came to my house after 8pm, long after others may have called it quits. He made quick work of the drain issue. Not only did he not try to charge after hours rates, he completed the quick repair at no charge because of the time we had to wait.

Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Last November I had a slow leak in my hot water heater. After having bad luck with two other plumbing companies that my home warranty company sent me, I called Micah's Honest Plumbing and they were absolutely awesome! His wife was very helpful and Micah promptly showed up on the day and time scheduled. Micah was so helpful in explaining everything that had to be done. He took his time and did everything to perfection. HIs work is above the rest when it comes to quality and he is very fair and honest. I have since cancelled my home warranty policy and I will always use Micah's Honest Plumbing. I have also referred him to my friends!

Micah truly helped us when we didn't know how bad our issue was. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and let us know how we needed to handle the situation until subcontractors could come out to do their part. He charged so much less than he could have, thank god, because who really expects to have a major leak, right? We are so grateful he was who we called. I can't recommend him highly enough. Fantastic service. Honest just like the name says. Instead of the $11,500 that the big name plumbing company wanted to charge me, I paid $200 and my issue was fixed quickly and with no hassle. This even occurred on short notice on a Saturday! I'll be using Micah's Honest Plumbing from now on.
