Started out good, ended with a giant fail. Hired Dustin to install a ceiling fan. His rates were reasonable and he seemed a good fit. The fan installation flumuxed him and I was glad I was there to assist otherwise I don't think he could do it.

During his handyman work he mentioned he was trained as a plumber and we discussed a follow on job to replace all the toilet shut-offs and to install a replacement utility sink faucet. He canceled on short notice of the 1st attempt and took another couple of weeks to get on his schedule again to do the plumbing work. Rates were again reasonable but the work ended up being of poor quality. We discovered after the fact that he has reveresed the hot/cold water lines on the replacement faucet and a week later the counterweight on the pull-out faucet hose was found disconnected (improperly installed).

He was supposed to replace a washing machine shutoff valve at the same time but did not have the correct tools to remove it. He was going to borrow the tools from a ""Friend"" and we scheduled a follow on appointment. He was a NO-SHOW. No calls, messages or other feedback.

Repeated calls and messages and no reply.
