i used them last july on a pipe leak in my bathroom wall... first when i asked about a permit from north bay village the attitude was , why? they did the job , replaced the tub...there non plumbers who did the cosmetic repair were fair at best. now i didn't use this tub until hurricane matthew in October... the drain wasn't set right and my poor neighbor underneath had a leak again. i called them at 8 am and they repaired it at 830 am. for this i give them credit outstanding credit. but i cant justify using them again after the drain wasn't set properly, or the fact i had to reset the sliding tub doors.

This review isn't about actual work performed. We never got to that stage. I requested a quote to replace a kitchen faucet. I was quoted $125 an hour. I informed the rep that I already had the faucet and the water supply lines for the install. I was then told that my hourly rate is now $150 an hour since I had my own parts. When I asked the reasoning why the change in price, I was told it because they need to charge me for parts (that I had already purchased).

My third experience with MSP wasn't as good as the first two times. We experienced the same back ups that prompted me to call them the last time. So, I called back and explained that we need them to return for the same problem. It hadn't been that long - a couple of months, but they didn't seem to think that qualified for a return service. I did. I mean they were supposed to have fixed the back up the last time, but obviously they didn't. I asked them to come out to at least see what the problem was. When they came out they wanted to do some exploratory work in the sewer line with a camera = outrageous cost. And, this wouldn't have even included any work that needed to be done. Luckily, our handyman Jose (see my review for Kolor for U) was at our house for some other work. He said he could fix the problem, which was a root growing into our sewer line. So, shame on you MSP for trying to overcharge people with outrageous and unnecessary services. I was impressed the last time when I """"thought"""" the problem had been fixed, but clearly not.

Charges $275/hour (round up, of course) Very simple job of re-attaching a line to faucet. Technician shows up an hour and half after the appointment window has ended. Looks at my detached faucet/filter line. Claims they don't have the part- ok, that's fine, we need a part! Takes faucet on Friday says """"be back Monday""""- Monday concludes w/ *no one calling me*. I call them """"oh we canceled the appointment to spend more time finding part"""" Well, you probably should let your client know right? Then, days later, they call me to tell me they can't find the part and suggest (and I kid you not) """"we should replace the whole reverse osmosis filtration system"""" (something that has nothing to do with the faucet's missing part) Meanwhile, replacing the faucet just to get the 1 part that is is missing would cost... $50 bucks, with same day delivery. So: 1) bill me through the nose 2) fail to meet or even set any scheduling expectations 3) try to massively upsell me into something unrelated. Seek elsewhere

As soon as i called MSP they had Good and fair prices. It was Monday night and I needed a plumber right away to come to my residence with an hour they were at my house. They provided me with a quote before starting the job was even started it was a great experience with them. The work was fast and will done and my issue was resolved & complete I would DEFINITELY recommend!! for all Plumber needs.

Family members have always used them so I finally gave it a try. What a great overall professional experience! Supervisor and estimator, Jose, appeared when he promised and impressed us immediately with his knowledge and enthusiasm to work on an older property. He provided a detailed and reasonable estimate, with multiple options. The work was scheduled, he called day before to confirm, and showed up exactly when expected with a crew of hardworking, respectful gentlemen. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
