Absolutely stay away from this company. So I don't usually do reviews unless I deal with somebody who's very awesome or absolutely terrible. So I regret ever communicating with this so-called """"company"""" They certainly achieved 3 strikes. They quoted me a documented price through Yelp. I asked for a total that included flat rate with product but then they later claimed that the installer didn't speak English well and that the price was only for parts and asked for $200 more. I needed it done ASAP because water was leaking on the ground damaging wood floors so I foolishly agreed. I was told the installer was coming that night for a look and a maybe a check so in an effort to get it done sooner I asked them if I should get the water heater my self rather than zelle them the $700 they asked for and they agreed on the phone to be there that day at the hour of scheduled installation, they called me back and said no it was a misunderstanding and that they didn't agree to do the installation that day. They said they would come the next day at 6:00 p.m. No one showed up until 7PM . I asked for a 30 min notice prior to arrival. No one replied to my text messages or called me back. Voice mailbox was full as well. The installer arrived an hour late without notice. It was obvious compared to other plumber I've used before that they were not knowledgeable. They left me with a water heater without heat. I paid for a complete job. I don't live there but my tenant is left with cold showers and damaged wooden floors. They claimed my power was the problem but didn't even have a voltage meter. I checked with my volt meter after they left and the power was fine. The people at first seemed nice enough but thought they were better they were and a bit arrogant and not flexible considering the time and aggravation it caused my tenant and my self due to the following. There's so much more I could say. No empathy for customer miscommunication and delay Communication : Terrible (back and forth between no English installer and receptionist translation) Workmanship: Not great connecting un-shielded electrical wiring to heater and lack of parts (Home depot run) Value: BAD considering they told me the water heater I bought would be fine but then left it not working and said to hire an electrician even though they connected the electric Very firm and proud on the price but lacking any professionalism

Just incredible! Very hard working. Came to my house in the middle of the night when my sink was flooding. We had no idea what was going on, I don't know much about plumbing, but we called and a friendly man answered immediatel, and came as soon as was possible. My friend had recommended them since he was recommended to him by a family friend. The prices were cheap and honestly maybe a little TOO cheap! But thats NO complain because the quality of the work was visible. My sink was fine within the hour and it's been a few weeks and everything is still looking great. He even offered to help with a few small things included. Overall had an amazing experience, very professional and fast.
