Just had the best experience and have to share. During the Christmas weekend our kitchen sink became clogged and our hallway bathroom faucet became loose. My husband found Miami Emergency Plumbing using google and Ivan was very professional, on time, clean and to the point. We highly recommend Ivan and his team at Miami Emergency Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. This type of service is a rarity in Miami.

I want to say a huge thank you to the team at Miami Emergency Plumbing! Ivan, Harvey, Adrien and Vanessa- you guys saved me! I am new to Miami and unknowingly hired an unlicensed plumber and was facing a large fine from the condo association. I called Miami Emergency Plumbing at 6pm in a panic. They helped to calm me down and sent someone to my house within 30 minutes. The guys were polite, helpful, and professional. They fixed the work the first plumber did and provided me with the necessary documentation- all at a fair price. It makes me so comfortable knowing I now have a reliable plumber in town. The pipes from underneath the kitchen sink became loose causing water to begin spilling. Having to repair the issue immediately I googled """"24 hour plumbing"""", went with the first two hits not knowing what to expect, especially in Miami. After getting a voicemail, I decide to go with the second find however shortly after a dispatcher for Miami Emergency Plumbing called me back, and she was very quick and professional on informing me that a plumber would call me shortly. Ivan called me, began inquiring as to the nature of the problem and walked me through every step so that I can provide him with as much of a precise idea as possible. Ultimately, he had to come out to the home. Let me just say that individuals like Ivan are a rarity in Miami. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable providing me every option in an attempt to help me make a sound decision. He was extremely diligent in doing the work and he was quick too. I'd recommend this company with no reservation and definitely will be holding on to their number for future services as well as spreading the word for anyone who may need a plumber. I'm extremely pleased with the entire service from beginning, when the dispatcher called, to the end, when Ivan completed the job.

Ivan and Jose were awesome. We had a leaky sink in the morning, they were here before noon (less than an hour after we called them), and they did a great job. They were adamant on letting us know what they were doing and how everything was going which was good to know cause I don't know anything about plumbing. They even did some extra work to help our water pressure at no extra cost. 10/10 would recommend - can't imagine anyone better in Miami

I cannot say enough good things about Miami Emergency Plumbing. We called them on a Wednesday evening when we arrived home to discover the wax seal on our toilet had failed, and water was gushing from the bottom of the toilet. To make matters worse, we discovered our shut-off valve was broken. We chose Miami Emergency Plumbing on a whim after doing a Google search, and I am so happy that we did. Our interaction with the company from the first call to the end of their service visit was nothing but stellar. The dispatcher was kind and courteous to deal with and said one of the plumbing technicians would call me immediately. As promised, Ivan called within a few minutes to help assess the situation by phone and let me know when he would arrive. He stayed on the phone to try to help me find the emergency water shut-off outside, reassure us and give us an idea of what to expect when he arrived. Ivan was incredibly kind and professional -- and we all know how rare that is in Miami. He worked quickly and efficiently to replace our shut-off valve and our wax seal. He was very knowledgable and kind. Total professional. Again, something you don't always expect when doing business in Miami. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They charged me $450 for a 30 min job, unfortunately was an emergency and had no choice but to fix this (broken pipe) but otherwise i would pass and call someone else, he had less than $50 in materials so i consider this to be a bit pricey, they even left a hole in the wall which is now my problem to fix. i would never call this company again for sure.

OMG! i cannot say enough good things about this company!!! Easy process from the moment i called until the job was done. Adrian was the person that did the job. He came to the house right away at 8'00 AM..gave us an estimate and came back the same day to do the job,just like he had said. I wish every company in Miami was so easy to deal with!

Ask for Adrian!!! He and his partner are hands-down the most honest plumbers I've been able to somehow find in Miami---and this is coming from a young, twenty year old woman who doesn't know the first thing about plumbing. Very easy for others to take advantage. I had several issues with my washer/dryer connections and plumbing, multiple leaks, and crappy boxed hot water heater. He did an outstanding job while charging a very reasonable price (wouldn't let me pay him on several occasions). Super timely, offers to come outside of business hours (first thing in the morning/evening for me), and constantly keeps you informed and updated on your issue. Most recently he made all repairs just in time for me to catch my flight!! Lucky to have found these guys!

So after spending over 400 dollars for a new main valve. I had to call these crooks back because a leak was found during another plumbing issue. not only did they refuse to help me saying the issue was not caused by their work, the guy who did the work didn't even remember the job he had previously done. so I managed to have the work redone by a professional plumber for 1/3rd the price.
