I had various plumbing issues at my house that needed fixing. I called around to get some prices/estimates including from some other 5-star Yelp plumbers. It was a Thursday before a long weekend and so no one wanted to come before Tuesday except one guy who was willing to come on Saturday for time and a half. Also, it seemed like everyone had attitude and were being purposefully vague to set me up for an up-charge once they were at my house. Finally, I called Paul at Dpaul plumbing. He was very friendly, was available on Saturday, and offered me the best price. He had some appointments before mine, but kept in touch to let me know when he would be at my house. Once he was there, there were some complications with my old plumbing fixtures. The work required some replacement parts and took about 3.5 hours instead of 2 hours. We agreed to to a slightly higher fee for the parts and extra time, but even so his price was very good. He was very professional and friendly the whole time even with the complications. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

DPaul showed up quickly when we had an emergency - sewage line backed up while we had guests. And this wasn't just any emergency period - it was three days after Irma. Paul's guy did the job to keep the stuff flowing. But the underlying problem was still there. A couple months later, I called asking him to come and bring the camera to see if we could find the underlying problem. Husband thought he was too expensive, so he called several other recommended plumbers and found that Paul was $100 cheaper than everyone else. He found the problem, gave us an estimate for a pretty expensive job (no matter who is doing it) and then got the permits, brought the crew in and got it all done quickly and professionally. Will definitely use him again.

I have been dealing with DPaul Plumbing over 5 years. I can't say enough about how happy I am with their service. Paul takes his time to listen to the issue (especially when there's a frantic woman on the other end freaking out). He reassures you and sends help if not the same day, the next day. Nixon is wonderful. He explains and shows everything he's doing (very transparent) and even cleans up any mess left behind. The prices are reasonable and the work is exceptional. I would never use anyone else! Thanks Paul and Nixon for all you do!!

I was looking to solve some very specific plumbing issues and DPaul was recommended to me by the same company I purchased a filtration system from (which required installation, wink). So I called Paul (DPaul). Within a few days, he and his crew came by my place and three of them worked all day replacing my water heater for a tankless one as well as installing a soft water system outside the place that would operate in conjuction with the tankless water heater. Work was hard, moving heavy equipment up the stairs and making lots of pipe connections. Emmanuelle was totally dedicated and Paul himself did not miss a beat. At the end of the day I was able to enjoy a fabulous hot water bath using my newly tankless water heater. Thank you, guys!

WOW!! We had backed up plumbing for two days and tried to deal with it ourselves...Sooo. Hubby found DPaul this MORNING on the internet. He showed up in 4 hours during my lunchtime (a blessing since we both work full time). He drove ALL the way from Miami to Hollywood for our job and then needed to return to Miami. He got up on the roof and fixed the problem in 45 minutes! This job would have cost us an EASY $350 by a plumbing company. Paul is a one man band so Make sure to hire him! Hopefully we won't have anymore plumbing problems but like my husband said, """"Awesome! We have now found our Plumber!""""

Paul is the man! He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He came to my house to install a sink, fix a leaky toilet, and re-seat another toilet. It turned out he didn't need to re-seat the toilet (just caulk a bit), and he lowered his price. My friend said this is the only time she ever heard of a plumber charging _lower_ than his quoted price. He is also easy to reach. I called him today about installing water filters in my house, and he immediately picked up and took the time to explain my options to me over the phone. Overall, very happy so far, and plan to keep working with Paul in the future.
