I would like to say this was a good experience however learning what it cost to send a plumber to a house is not my idea of negotiating a price. The cost of doing business includes you paying for a person to come to my location so I really don't want to hear what gas costs or how many people you send to do a one person job. Then the whammy is the cost on top of paying for a trip visit, which was not mentioned in the initial phone call. I requested a quote and was told I would receive a call before work started as should be expected. However, once they got there, I was asked to pay $245 for a job that required less than $20- $30 in parts. Trip charge $99 so that leaves $146 for parts and labor. This was a one person job so if you pay your plumbers $45/ hour and you send 2, then that should cost $120. For a job that took less than an hour including drive time, paying another $125 on top of that seems a bit outrageous! MH must stand for Mighty High, I ended up paying $175 however as I explained to them, this will not happen again with this company. Being asked to pay $70 too much, that math does not add up for me. The plumber himself was pleasant however the owner Ray was not, so in my humble opinion, unless you want to over pay then do not call Ray. Calling a plumber for help is stressful enough, then getting sticker shock on top of that, let's just say Ray did not make my day!

Absolutely the best! I needed a Roman tub faucet changed out out. """"Easy job"""", I thought as a homeowner. Had three plumbing companies come out who attempted to repair but couldn't; and despite their failure wanted to charge me for their failed attempts. MH Plumbing was my fourth resort. MH guaranteed the repair to work properly and without leaks if given the opportunity to repair. The opportunity was granted! My tub faucet was replaced without incident and the repair cost was within reason. In the future, MH Plumbing will be my first resort for any Plumbing needs.

I used Yelp to query plumbing companies for feedback on issues I am dealing with regarding possible line blockage. Michael from MH Plumbing is the only one that suggested this appears to be an issue with my septic tank. Michael saved me time and money by suggesting that I contact a septic tank company. He also offered to be of further assistance should I have any questions. Although my problem is beyond the scope of regular plumbing issues, should I encounter any plumbing problems in the future, I will be sure to call MH Plumbing. Michael, I thank you again for your integrity and honesty.

These guys replaced about 75 feet of drain pipe where I work in Peachtree City. I saw the quotes before hand and Mike was much, much more reasonable than the """"Big Name Plumbing Co."""" They were in and out within 2 days and we were restored ! They did what they said they would, when they said they would do it.I highly recommend MH Plumbing !

This is the second time we have called Mike at MH Plumbing Inc. Mike was able to have Randall and Josh replace and then move the pressure relief valve to a better location on our house to stop an annoying vibration of the pipes. These guys are the best. Professional, pleasant and right on time. I will definitely call them again. Glad to have found them.

Michael and Josh arrived within a couple of hours after I requested the service. Michael requested pics of my """"garbage disposal"""" to aid his diagnosis before arriving. They were very professional, explained their steps and even took on a last minute job. He made recommendations that saved us money. I called MH Plumbing after another company never showed up! I spoke to Michael on a Tuesday, late afternoon, and he said he could be at my house the next morning at 9:30. He and his assistant Randall were right on time and as friendly as can be. It was so nice to be given an exact time, rather than a window of time, or like the company that never showed, a window of the ENTIRE day!! They took a look at our leaky toilet and discovered the problem right away. Everything is now working perfectly! They got right to work and were finished in no time. I will absolutely be calling Michael again!
