Absolutely first rate. We started with Mark Hart decades ago and for the last 10+ years have been equally delighted with all aspects of continuing the relationship with his long time apprentice Ray Gardner. Services we've needed Ray for range from simple bathroom/kitchen pipes and faucet repair to a complete heat pump system and all ducting to replace two 100 year old Payne gas furnaces in our basement. Absolutely wonderful experiences!!!

I was looking for an a/c service guy because we'd had marginal service from another company. I wanted to find a local guy who was good at his profession. I called MH Hart and start to finish, this was a great experience. Brittany got the appointment scheduled, Ray and Art came out and fixed the issue quickly. These guys work hard!
It's great to have a local business that's so easy to recommend. These guys are honest, efficient and reasonable. I'm glad I found them.

Great HVAC service!

We've been having really bad luck working with HVAC technicians in the past, no one told us anything consistent and it didn't feel like anyone has been honest with us.

Now we've found the best HVAC tech in town! Ray and his team were up front with us and explained the cause of the issue and the best solution. On top of that, they did their very best to save us time and money everywhere they could. They explained the reality of what was going on and problem solved how to properly fix the issues.

I'm just wrapping up with them fixing the issues that the previous techs only made worse and am happy to say that we've found the best HVAC tech and plumber in town.

Ray is amazing!
He has fixed issues for us that other plumbing and AC guys have not ever been able to fix. And he's honest - he will tell you if a part needs replacing or if he thinks he can get it working again.
He's also quick- he knows his stuff! I cannot say enough good things about Ray. He and his workers are on time, they are polite and respectful and adhere to COVID guidelines

Wonderful, honest plumber, so reasonably priced I couldn't believe it. Ray replaced a 100-yr old galvanized sewer pie after diagnosis's got the source of the leak. Not only is hr great with old plumbing but he did it in less than three hours. He's the only guy in this business so may you have to be patient to book your appointment up to a week ahead but if you have an old house, he's worth the wait.

He is so fair, which is refreshing to work with someone of that caliber. When I had a serious plumbing problem that could have resulted in significant damage, Ray was quick to respond.
