We've been having really bad luck working with HVAC technicians in the past, no one told us anything consistent and it didn't feel like anyone has been honest with us.

Now we've found the best HVAC tech in town! Ray and his team were up front with us and explained the cause of the issue and the best solution. On top of that, they did their very best to save us time and money everywhere they could. They explained the reality of what was going on and problem solved how to properly fix the issues.

I'm just wrapping up with them fixing the issues that the previous techs only made worse and am happy to say that we've found the best HVAC tech and plumber in town.

Ray is amazing!
He has fixed issues for us that other plumbing and AC guys have not ever been able to fix. And he's honest - he will tell you if a part needs replacing or if he thinks he can get it working again.

Wonderful, honest plumber, so reasonably priced I couldn't believe it. Ray replaced a 100-yr old galvanized sewer pie after diagnosis's got the source of the leak. Not only is hr great with old plumbing but he did it in less than three hours. He's the only guy in this business so may you have to be patient to book your appointment up to a week ahead but if you have an old house, he's worth the wait.

I don't often write reviews, but I just had some plumbing work done by Koko Drains. I found Koko Drains through a referral from Ray Gardner at MH Hart, and so I was reminded to write a positive review... not just for the central heating work that Ray did for us back in February but also for the much appreciated referral to Koko Drains. (There's a separate review that I'm writing for them.)

Our central heating stopped working in the middle of winter and we asked a friend for a referral. She spoke very highly of Ray, so I reached out to him. He tried to help me over the phone and via text messages. He explained that the pressure switch is a common problem, or perhaps the vent was blocked.

It turned out that he needed to come over, but I was grateful that he took the time to see if I could get it working again without a physical service call.

He was quick to arrive and got our heater working again in no time. Sure enough, it was a faulty pressure switch.

I reached out to Ray the other day because one of our toilets was backed up. After several attempts to clear up the problem, we needed to call for professional plumbing help. Ray asked what was going on and referred me to Koko Drains because what we were going through was their specialty.

Thank you for your help (both times). I'd recommend MH Hart Plumbing, Heating and A/C because I'll call them when we need help again.

Our 17 year old water heater suddenly quit producing hot water. A check of the unit in the basement provided the reason. It was leaking profusely and obviously was ""a goner"". My son in-law recently had two water heaters replaced at his house nearby and recommended MH Hart plumbing to me. After checking around for a couple of options, I called them on Friday and was told that they were available for an install the next day. Ray (the owner) and another fellow showed up punctually at 8 AM the next morning and installed a new water heater, connected all up and cleaned up nicely. They also installed a water capture basin with drainage under the water heater to prevent flooding that happened when the old unit gave up its ghost and water. The work done was great, the price comparable to other quotes I got and it felt good supporting a smaller ""can do"", hard working enterprise! Ray was professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with.
