Mike came out and gave us a fair bid on a master bath remodel. After meeting with a few contractors we chose MGM. Mike said he was about three weeks out from starting the job so we waited. After leaving a few voicemails and text messages he got back to me about two weeks later apologizing for the lack of communication and said he was about another three weeks out because he's been getting a lot of work and business was good. We waited another three weeks with no communication from Mike. He said he would begin the job on 9/14 so I tried calling him to see if he was still planning on showing up 9/14 no answer no reply. I still have not heard from him. I also wasted my time driving to a tile warehouse he recommended. If I chose a different contractor the job would have been done already. I guess business is so good for MGM that they can treat people like this. Don't waste your time with MGM as I did.

Mike and his crew are amazing. Not only did he come in with a quote below our budget he and his crew were able to achieve everything I needed, and more, ahead of schedule. They were all friendly and professional as well as considerate of our needs during the renovation. I would highly recommend MGM renovations for your home remodel. I did an extensive search for a contractor (interviewed close to a dozen candidates) for our home remodel and am so glad we ended up choosing Mike. We had him and his crew work on a big home project, including a complete kitchen remodel. His crew is organized and clean, and took great care in the work that they did on our home. They were always punctual, and communicative with any issues or needs that came up with our remodeling project. More importantly, Mike was a dream to work with. He kept his crew on-task and on-target, and was patient and really listened to my project needs from the start. As projects inevitably encounter obstacles and changes, he was accommodating and flexible as different changes came up. He went above and beyond in the work that he performed for us and I would recommend him wholeheartedly to friends and family looking to do any level of renovation work!

They went above on beyond to make sure everything was done right and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Excellent company. Had a water leak that stained our ceiling. Their bid to repair the leak and the stain was very affordable. The crew were on time, kept the area clean and neat, did an excellent job, and did a thorough clean up afterwards. We are super pleased with the result and are looking to have them do additional work for us in the near future. I thoroughly recommend MGM Renovations for your housing needs.

We recently had our original kitchen cabinets redone from a beach-wood to white. They turned out so nice, you would think we bought the house with white cabinets. We also had the entire house painted, from the baseboards up. We're really happy with the work of Mike & his team. Mike kept us informed every step of the way as to what was going to take place for that day, which eased some of the stress of renovation. We now have a transformed home that looks & feels great!
