Frank is not a person of his word and is inept regarding basic installation of a drier almost causing my house to blow up. He didn't know basic things -- such as taking out the drum pegs that are used solely for transport of a drier. Plus, after not doing the install correctly, I experienced a serious gas leak. Frank promised to refund monies and asked for a month or so to offer the refund. After waiting a month, he lied, used vulgarities and was rude and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH FRANK. There are much better and more skilled plumbers out there.

The quality of this company's work is good, but the attitude to customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

After MG did a good job for us, we hired them again. They cancelled twice because Frank was sick (the second time, by leaving a phone message 15 minutes after they were supposed to be here). When they did eventually show up, they turned off our water supply WITHOUT TELLING US. No knock on the door. No ring of the doorbell. No phone call or text message. They knew we were home.

(MG had informed us over the phone that they might need to turn off the water in order to perform some of the work. However, we never imagined that they would just show up and turn it off, without warning, when it was obvious that we were home.)

MG's excuse was that ""we could see that they had arrived"". Well, we have better things to do than spend the day staring out of the front window waiting to see whether they show up. They had cancelled on us at the last minute (or after the last minute) twice before, so we quite reasonably assumed that they might bail on us a third time.

When my wife asked MG why they had turned our water off without telling us first, they were the opposite of apologetic. They told us we could find another plumber for the job, and left. (They did at least have the decency to turn the water back on.)

I have never heard of a plumber turning off a customer's water supply without telling the customer first. In my opinion, that is not acceptable behavior. I would never hire this company again.

Wow, really unprofessional on the phone. After answering with just ""hello"", I asked if this was MG Sewer and Drain, but all he said was ""This is Frank"". When I asked again if this was MG Sewer and Drain, he said again ""This is Frank"". Well, that doesn't tell me much. And then he hung up. Fantastic.
Then a woman calls me back making excuses about him getting crank phone calls where the caller wouldn't say anything. That was obviously not me, yet he chose to treat me unprofessionally.

Had a BIG sewer problem. All toilets in the house backing up. Called MG. They came out and quickly determined that there were roots growing in the main line running from the house to the sewer. They used a very large snake that was designed to cut roots in main lines. I understand that not all plumbers/rooters have this equipment. Problem solved quickly. They cleaned up so it looked better than new and their price was fair. Recommended.

Stay away from this company,we've had nothing but problems with them. First,they won't commit to a price for the project. Then, when they finally decided on a price, it was much more than expected (I do have extensive experience with remodels and have used different plumbers, so it's not as though I'm unaware of the typical costs.) I would characterize Frank as slow, dishonest, sneaky, rude and unprofessional. The first day he showed up to our home to work, he charged us for 10 hours, but only worked 7. He spent 2 of 10 hours at the store buying parts. The other hour was spent on smoke breaks, which he took frequently. On top of everything else, he ordered the wrong bathtub. Due to his mistake, I now have to spend additional money on fixing the problem. Do not use this company if you want professional and reasonably priced service.
