Mark is a total professional. He worked with us on 2 issues, was upfront about how one of them was outside the type of work he does. For the 2nd issue, he stuck with us for the 5-6 weeks it took him to find the part for our shower. He looked up various dealers, called the manufacturer and kept us informed of what he was doing. I really appreciate his professionalism and communication - very courteous in all his interactions. I'd highly recommend him. His assistant Yudith is great to work with too - very high trust in both of them.
