Sewer line was backed up, my toilets weren't flushing and some sewage was going into one of the showers. (GROSS). In another shower the water was above my ankles. I texted Miguel at 7am he texted back at 9 scheduled to be here at 1pm, showed up an hour early to my house and finished hydro jetting in about an hour! He showed us with the cameras to ensure everything was clear. Professional, quick to respond. This was a stressful situation so I am grateful for the quick turnaround and affordability. I recommend his services for any plumbing needs!!

Miguel came to the rescue a few years ago when we were purchasing our house and needed the sewer lines scoped. He was able to get the job done for a fraction of the price another company quoted us and without a whole bunch of unnecessary extra services the other company claimed were required for the scope. Since then he has been back to fix outdoor valves, install a water filter system, replace a faucet, and fix toilets. He literally does it ALL and he is always communicative, fast and affordable. As new homeowners, he has been a blessing!

Well, here I am again, a lil over 2 yrs., with another review. This time I needed the screw on my toilet tank replaced. It was old, rusted & just fell out from the bottom of the tank & ON THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING...smh! I knew calling my home warranty would be a waste of time (which it was) with it being the day before a holiday...so I went right to what I knew would be the best move, again.

Called up Miguel, asked if he could fix the tank today & without any hesitation, he said YES & would come out at 2pm. By 2:30pm I was getting a receipt sent to my phone (I was at work, lol) my husband texting me, saying the toilet was fixed & job is completed. Miguel you are a true blessing! I appreciate honest & reliable self-employed ppl, such as yourself! U do amazing work & I thank u! Have a Happy & Blessed Thanksgiving!!!

I am a young single female and often have issues with companies trying to take advantage of me. My plumbing recently went out and my old plumbing service had moved cities. I called several companies that gave me a ""Free Quote,"" and came by my house.

Many of them tried to offer me services I didn't need at outrageous prices. When you don't make a lot of money and can't take a shower or use the bathroom in your own home it's maddening to have to deal with these kinds of companies because they caused me a great deal of stress, anxiety, wasted time, and even sadness.

When I came across an AD for, ""MG Drain Cleaning Services,"" on a random google search I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that I didn't believe Miguel's prices and didn't believe he would take care of me. However, I took a chance anyway. I figured I'd be searching a while for a good person/company anyway.

However, MG Drain Cleaning Services ended what I thought would be a long LONG search for a solid plumbing company and created what will be a life long business relationship instead.

He communicated clearly and efficiently with me through text and arrived to my home on time and ready to work. Each company I tried to work with never found the main clear out to my home and he found it in ten minutes. My mind was blown! I had just gotten a shipment of jewelry and I stayed in my room trying on new things. Meanwhile, I let Miguel go in and out of my home to work on jetting my plumbing. As a single female, that should speak volumes as to how safe I felt with him.

When he was done, he did a better job than ANYONE I'd ever worked with in the 8 years living at my home. My plumbing is running SO smooth now and he gave me an honest and thorough review of my over all system, problems I could face in the future, and things I could work on. (all feedback that I never even expected) When it came time to pay I paid the amount we agreed on in the beginning. Miguel didn't try to up-sell me and never once complained and stuck to the program.

I told him that he would be my plumber for LIFE. I asked him for his card and was determined to leave a review not only to bring him more business but to help anyone like me who doesn't have time, money or the patience to deal with these bad companies out there.

Also, writing this review was on my TO DO list for about two months because I didn't want to leave a two sentence review. I wanted it to be genuine and well thought out but I'm also lazy. lol So here is my REAL and honest review. Do yourself a favor and choose this company to do your plumbing you will see what I'm talking about. Or, you can overpay for services you don't need, use an out house or a gas station to use the bathroom, or cause yourself more stress than you're already in. It's up to you. : )

Excellent service, made appointment for 11 and the changed it to 10 which was good becasue I was looking for earliest available. Showed up 1015 and was eventually able to snake out the line with the bigger snake. Was courteous and professional.
