We had a water leak in the basement of our split level. We weren't even sure where the leak was coming from. When these kind of thing happen, your nightmares are filled with dollar signs. Would they need to rip up our walls or our carpet? We called M&F Plumbing and Mike and Tom were able to come by our home the next day. Within an hour, they diagnosed and fixed the leak. It was slow leak from our shower. The water had collected inside the wall and basically was coming under the carpet in the next room. The cost of the repair was minimal and their rates were reasonable. I seriously felt as if I just won money in a lottery scratcher. Would definitely recommend M&F.

Our 15 year old tankless stopped working after many years of giving us sporadic trouble that no other plumber understood the causes of or would offer to be able to fix. Mike from M&F came out the day after we called (despite everyone having a post-Memorial Day rush) and said right away that the initial installation had been done improperly and the whole situation was beyond repair. We discussed options and agreed that a replacement was in order, and three days after we called, we had a new tankless heater installed with proper feed lines and ventilation that works beautifully. He also helped get us a rebate such that the whole thing cost less than the installation of the original tankless 15 years ago. Everything was done very professionally, with the space left clean and in good order. After quickly getting everything up and running, he even came back a few days later to make an improvement to the electrical system to make sure that the entire arrangement was as efficient and safe as possible. And such a nice guy!

Owning a home can be daunting, especially as a single, unhandy female (I was single when I first discovered M&F but am now happily engaged). I am a firm believer in word of mouth which is how I met Mike- from a friend's referral. M&F Plumbing is the Company name but the plumber is Mike and the nicest guy you will ever meet!

First of all his prices are SO reasonable! He will not take advantage of you! Just an example- one time I called him because my sink's disposal stopped working. Another plumber might have just come over and charged me $200. Mike, however, walked me through several fixes over the phone for free which totally worked.

Second he is reliable! I first called Mike to help install a w/d in my condo and not only was he on board but he also brought his friend who is an electrician (equally friendly and reasonably priced- Tony 603-893-9643). Mike and Tony spent at least 3-4 hours working including installation of a new circuit and dryer outlet. They did a great job and the total cost was under $500 as I recall.

Thirdly Mike is caring- recently my toilet seal broke and some water went to the condo below me. My neighbors are not nice people and I was really freaking out about it. I called Mike and he moved his schedule around so he could come to my place immediately and fix the issue. He was here for about 2 hours and the total cost was $150.00.

Mike is awesome- if you need a plumber call him!
