Hector's been my plumber for over 20 years! That should say it all. He's fair, reliable, and does great work. He's also shown up to bail me out of many many emergency situations, even though it often meant having to rearrange his busy schedule. He and his crew are also friendly and great guys. I couldn't possibly say enough good things!

Very satisfied by the recent work and price. Both the scheduler and plumber were very nice exuding customer service and assurance that the job would be done. I wish I contacted them sooner for a big job that had in the past where I was duped with a high price. This co was highly recommended by an owner in the building and normally serves to address other plumbing issues. I will continue to use them and tell others.

INCREDIBLE customer service and quality of work!!

Incredible customer service as well as impeccable work. I have used them for over the past two years, and today is just one of the many reasons why I continue to use them. I manage a condo on the third floor of an owner-occupied condominium complex. I had set up an appointment to finish up some repairs for my tenants on Monday. My tenant called them directly this morning and told them that there was a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Since my unit is on the third floor, Maria changed the appointment from Monday to today to address the problem. Maria than called me this morning after she had set up an appointment time with my tenants directly to take care of the problem. I highly recommend Mexi Plumbing!

Absolutely fantastic.

I was quoted over $1,200 by another plumbing company that wanted to remove piping outside my unit to fix a blockage that was in my unit. They didn't use a camera and their attempt to snake the bathroom sink was unsuccessful.

To get a second opinion, I called Mexi Plumbing and received a call later that night saying someone could come by the next day. The plumber noticed that there was a T-Pipe that the other plumber didn't notice, hence why the snake was unsuccessful. Mexi was able to avoid the T pipe, clear the drain and repaired the problem for less than $100.

Completely, utterly and fantastically recommend them.

Family plumbing business. Reasonable. Licensed. Friendly. They travel. No bureaucracy. Based on the East Side, they're close to Highland Park, El Sereno, Silverlake, Los Feliz...I use them for rental units. What more could you want? Yes, it would be nice to see lower prices esp. on big jobs. OK, no plumbers are cheap but Mexi Plumbing is pretty reasonable. For big jobs, I get estimates. I've used Mexi Plumbing for big and small jobs. I occasionally check their regular prices against other plumbers' rates and they stay pretty consistent. Prices sometimes seemed pulled out of thin air, especially for big jobs, but as long as you have a rough idea of the hourly rates, these guys are good.
